Upon arrival, leave your keys with front desk personnel. They will park your car and give you a claim check.
Transfer
The complimentary airport shuttle runs 24/7, every 30 minutes, departing at 15 and 45 minutes past each hour.
If you need a shuttle ride to the terminal between 3:15 AM and 5:15 AM, you must call the hotel at least 24 hours in advance to reserve a seat, van seating is strictly limited during these early hours, and a spot is not guaranteed without calling ahead.
Return
Once you've collected your luggage at Bradley International Airport (BDL), call the hotel directly at (860) 623-2533 to request a shuttle pickup. Follow the airport's ground transportation signs to the lower-level arrivals curb designated for hotel shuttle pickups, and board the incoming shuttle van marked with the Econo Lodge logo.
Once the shuttle drops you back at the hotel, head inside to the front desk and present your claim check to retrieve your keys. If your flight was delayed and you've exceeded your prepaid reservation window, please settle any overage balance with the front desk agent before collecting your keys.
