It was perfect! Right next to the airport the staff communicated with me letting me know what to do when I landed. We also had had a significant snowstorm and they cleaned my car off for me so I did not have to do it when I landed. I would highly recommend!

Always available from 4am to whenever you need them. If flights are delayed or your stay needs extended it’s easy to contact them and there has never been a problem. They even wiped of my car after it snowed.

This was my first time using this parking lot. I read the reviews and felt confident this was the best location for my travel needs. The shuttle drivers were friendly. My return flight was delayed by 2 hrs. I had my son contact them and let them know my travel changes. The driver stayed for my later arrival and was pleasant. Thank you for the good service.

Hard to reach for return shuttle

Left message on their phone for shuttle to get us. Never replied. We had to hitch a ride to our car. The lot was neat and clean and our car was safe. However, because of this incident of no return shuttle, we will not use this business again.

Jet parking is great! I almost don't want to share a review so it doesn't get too crowded. We always find a spot, we get a shuttle ride in minutes and we get picked up in minutes with no hassle. It couldn't be easier or more convenient! I've used Jet 3 times and it has been consistent and reliable.

I parked at Jet last week

It was fine. When I parked the shuttle came to me so I did not have to walk the 75 feet to where he was parked. On the way home I had weather delays and got in at 3 AM instead of 10PM but the shuttle was there for me just the same.
