Airport parking/shuttle

Prompt and convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. Prior to booking I did notify them that we had four adults and two children with car seats, plus luggage and a double stroller. I asked if this would be a problem and if they’d have room. They said it’s no problem at all. However, when they pulled the shuttle vehicle up front to pick us up, we discovered it was a mid sized suv style vehicle. We ended up needing to make two trips and all of our stuff barely fit with two trips. We had time so it wasn’t an issue for us, but would’ve been better to know ahead of time.

Quick and Easy Parking!

We parked our vehicle here and utilized the shuttle to the airport. We had zero wait time, as the shuttle is on demand 24/7. The lot was well lit and I felt safe leaving my vehicle there. We will definitely park here again if flying out of Des Moines!!

Clarion great place to park and fly!!!

First time I used this parking service. I was gone for 10 days. My car was safe the staff was great! Easy and short ride to the airport. Return trip was great as well. I was picked up in less than 10 minutes and the driver was so kind and polite. Will park with them again.

Clarion Inn parking

I used the Clarion Inn extended parking for a one week trip and highly recommend their service. The best part was the quick shuttle service both to and from the airport. I was to the airport after car drop off and back from the airport after calling in 15 minutes. Uncrowded parking lot, well lit. The location is close to the airport but the building is not well marked.

We had a great experience with the one spot parking. The employee that helped us was extremely helpful. I apologize I didn’t get his name. He also drove us and picked us up from the airport. He got there quickly and we had great conversation. He told us about what was going on in the area if we wanted to stay longer. Overall, great job to him!!!
