Easy stuff!

We arrived at the Hyatt and found out that our car would be left in their open parking area which has very little security. We had prepaid for 18 days of parking. We have a new car and decided that we would eat the prepaid cost and pay again at The Parking Spot which has fenced, excellent security and great shuttle service. Go to The Parking Spot!!!

Excellent service. I have parked out at the Hyatt Place numerous times to fly abroad. Dependable service at a great daily price.

Ice machines were broken. Pool was freezing. Breakfast was not restocked up until closing. Room was somewhat clean but don’t look too close.

Car was safe and secure for the two weeks we were gone.

Good spot for long-term parking if you’re traveling for a few weeks.

Everything was great. Only problem was I am 76 and don't have a cell phone and the attendant had to check me in since I could not scan the QR code for checkin process. It is going to get harder and harder for the older generation to make it with all this new stuff.

Great experience

Good location and I did not worry about my vehicle be broken into. Shuttle was somewhat long(1 hr) but great besides that issue

No shuttle fee and regular shuttle times to and from the Denver Airport are good choices compared to nearby competition.

I was left stranded at the airport after calling for a shuttle pickup and spoke with the Manager of the hotel who assured me that the Shuttle would be on its way shortly . She even sent me the link to track its arrival time! After waiting in 20 degree temps for 20 minutes I called back and was told that the shuttle driver had left for the night & that they would reimburse me for an Uber. If I wanted to take an Uber, I would have. And will in the future. Avoid at all costs. You get what you pay for.

I had to wait 45 mins for a shuttle to pick me up. Would not recommend parking here

1st time using this lot, found everyone to be helpful, i may use again depending on my flight times as the last shuttle at night is 11:30 pm

If you consider that the shuttle leaves every 45 minutes and you have enough time, it's okay for the price

The shuttle was unpredictable. I waited for 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport despite calling as soon as I walked off the plane and two additional calls while waiting for the shuttle.

Inexpensive option w regular shuttles to the airport. Patrolled nightly.

Everything went smoothly, and we were pleased!

I have used the Hyatt Place parking options at least three times. I love the convenience and the ability to just park my car and not have to rely on friends , Uber or Lyft to take me or pick me up, The Hotel staff has always been very helpful and professional so have the shuttle drivers . As long as I can use this service I will always leave my car at this location. During the recent issues with canceled flights I considered staying at the hotel overnight if my flight would be canceled instead of driving back home. The hotel seems very clean judging by the lobby ,restrooms and hallways. I noticed the reasonable prices for the rooms considering the proximity to the airport and consider this hotel a viable option for one night or longer stays for tourist to colorado.

Parking management company put a QR code on my windshield demanding $ 10.00 parking fee. I paid full amount online to one stop parking in advance and I don't know what is going on with this customer cheating.

Needed to wait for 1 and a half hour to get back from the airport.
