I don't fly alot and thought I'd try parking myself at Holiday Inn Express. The morning of my flight I was running late. I missed the turn off to the hotel parking and had to go 7 miles out of my way to get back to it. I don't know this area well and it was still dark outside. I was so stressed by the time I reached the hotel, I was shaking. I couldn't figure out how to check in and the sweet lady at the counter MADE MY DAY. She was so kind and helpful and hellped me get my reservation on my phone, but I guess I had forgotten to check in (the last step) so I panicked. The shuttle was supposedly booked up so I was going to have to wait 30 minutes! This kind lady said if some people don't show up I could get on. So I went to park my car as the shuttle started boarding, and she had them wait for me to get on. I wish I would have got her name but I hope you can figure out who she was and thank her from the bottom of my heart how much she did for me. She went out of her way when she didn't have to. She saw I was upset and calmed me down and helped me get on the shuttle. I thank God there are still hard working and invested people who go the extra mile for their job and other people. Thank you my angel!

Not recommended due to shuttle delays. The biggest issue was the extremely long wait for the airport shuttle pickup. After landing, we waited far longer than expected with no updates or explanation. Reliable shuttle service is essential for airport parking, and this lot failed badly in that area.

Good location, shuttle was on time, other hotels were on the route but it didn’t cause any delays, parking lot was well lighted. Would book a parking reservation here again

Easy to find, great shuttle service (1/2 hour and on the hour). Holiday inn Express !

I came back from a trip and my tail lights were gone. Big pain in the ass after a long day of travel. Do yourself a favor and pay for long term at dia.
