Worked perfectly

I have used the Hilton parking lot for many years, my company had a discount rate. One Stop offered lower rates by paying them in advance. Unfortunately, they don't tell you that the QR code that they send you is worthless. It does not get you into the lot or out of the lot. Hilton expects you to stop at the front desk and show them the paperwork. So you are hurrying to park, you have to stop at the front desk and waste time while missing the every 30 minute shuttle. Then the same problem when you want to leave at midnight.

The hotel worker Jay was amazing. Explained everything to us. The shutter driver seemed upset that he had to pick up passengers. He wasn’t friendly to some of them.

Timely Easy for shuttle service.

They offered a good price compared to other comparable companies.

This is my go to airport parking location. I haven't tried the "Stay" part of Park Stay Fly yet, perhaps someday. The lot is always well kept. It's gated, so it's definitely more secure than others nearby. The Hilton is super easy to find on Natural Bridge (just pay attention to which building you walk in for the paperwork as there is another hotel in the same parking lot). Customer service at the front desk is phenomenal. They know what you're coming in for as soon as you walk in and they're already working on your pass/paperwork before you make it to the desk. The shuttle runs 24/7 which is amazing since a number of other parking options don't even offer a shuttle. Overall, I am very impressed with Hilton STL Airport parking.
