Arrival
Upon your arrival, please present your parking reservation to the hotel front desk to receive a validation code. You will then need to register your vehicle via the QR code located at the front desk, as all vehicles must be properly registered.

Once completed, please proceed to park in the specific parking area designated to you by the front desk staff. Please ensure you allow enough time to get checked in, parked, and shuttled.

Transfer
Shuttle runs from 4:00 AM until midnight every 20 to 30 minutes.

After midnight and before 4:00 AM, the shuttle service runs on demand to accommodate your travel needs.

Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call 314-429-1100 to request a shuttle pickup from the airport.

Absolute BEST parking option!

Hubby and I have been parking here for a couple of years now and have never had an issue. The shuttle is usually waiting, and if not, it arrives within minutes. From the hotel to the airport takes only a couple of minutes. The front desk staff is polite and helpful, and we always find a convenient spot to park without driving around for minutes. The cost is very reasonable at $6.95 per day.

Shuttle got lost

Called for pickup when we went outside for pickup. 20 minutes later I called again and was told they called the shuttle and would call again. 25 minutes later the shuttle arrived. Driver said he drove by and nobody was there. He didn’t drive by in the 45 minutes I was standing there, along with 7 other passengers waiting for the same shuttle.

Communication issues

Pick up from airport - waited one hour with 2 calls to facility. Unclear instructions on pickup plan. If I was not standing right at the sign they “ may just drive on by cause it’s busy “. I stood within 30 feet of sign with never a van from Renaissance in sight. Need better communication on pickup. Won’t use again.

Was so pleased with our first experience parking at the Renaissance! It was so easy and smooth getting signed up and, in and out of the lot. The lot was in great condition and felt very secure. Location is remarkably close to the airport but not in a congested area. Drivers were very courteous, helpful and prompt. Great price too!

shuttle schedule is every half hour during the day. Arrive and call for shuttle at 3:15pm, told next shuttle leaves hotel at 3:40, shuttle arrives for pickup at 4:15. I really enjoy sitting outside in 100+ degree heat for an hour waiting on a shuttle after traveling for 10+ hours...and still have a 3 hour drive home... all while watching 2-3 shuttles each for other hotels come and go in the same time frame... I will be looking for a new hotel to park at as this has been an ongoing issue, I travel for work every other week...

Long Wait Time

I generally return to St. Louis from work trips in the early afternoon (2-3pm). Every time I end up waiting longer than expected for a shuttle to the hotel to pick up my vehicle. I have waited over 1.5 hours for a shuttle and 45mins is not uncommon. I watch other hotels stop multiple times while waiting for my shuttle. Maybe there is a need for additional shuttles or drivers? I am seriously thinking about parking at a different location. after 10+ hours of travel I do not relish the idea of sitting outdoors in the midwest summer heat for 45+ mins waiting for a shuttle.

Shuttles

Shuttle are supposed to leave every 30 mins starting at 4:00am. I time my arrival based on shuttle schedule. This trip I noticed the shuttle leaving at 4:20am with no one on board. Shuttle returned at 4:45 with no one on board. Where did they go for 25mins leaving with no one on the shuttle either going or coming back. Very frustrating. I also returned from my work trip to find a parking alert on my windshield, even though my vehicle has been registered and the time was paid for. This has happened on numerous occasions and no one can seem to help.
