Very good service!

I left my car for two weeks and and it was intact when I picked it up. The neighborhood seemed fine, not an isolated spot and efficient check in. No issues whatsoever.

Used this parking spot almost every couple of weeks for almost a year. During my last stay, my vehicle was broken into and robbed of weapons and tools. No one from the Hotel was aware of the break-in, even though there are cameras all around the parking area. Really upset with the response and the hotel's security.

Very easy and very convenient. Parking here, seriously saves me time and money compared to barking at airport.

So easy to park, take the Shuttle, and find your car when you return!

You self park, get a tag from the front desk, they call a Lyft (which they pay for) and you are at the airport! When you return, you call the front desk, they call a Lyft driver (again, paid for by hotel) and you are back at your vehicle in 5 minutes! An entire 2-week trip was about $75!

I work a two and two schedule out of San Antonio and struggled parking my vehicle at the airport parking garage spending nearly $350 per two week. Stay when my vehicle was left in San Antonio. Hilton has saved me a considerable amount of money and the ease of it was even better drop off ride to the airport ride from the airport drop off and gone. Thank you so much. Glad I found you.

We parked thinking this was a good idea, as we could avoid airport traffic, and park at a Hilton hotel. Our car was smashed into, along with another vehicle next to us. Apparently it’s not uncommon in the area. I’m unsure how no one heard the alarms and the smashing of the vehicles. I am unsure of how long ago it occurred as we left it for a week, I understand there’s no security and apparently no cameras, which it can only be assumed these perpetrators know, but whether it was me or a resident of the hotel, I would’ve expected more customer service, as they are associated with the business, I do not recommend, I believe they know about the business, and know what they can get away with. We parked in a lit area as well. I tried to notify the hotel to tell the other person whose car got smashed, hopefully knowing their plate and information they will tell them.

Happy with the overall parking experience. I must note that it would have been $20 cheaper to pay the Hotel directly upon arrival. I booked this parking slot online and paid too much.

Other places I have parked you just park in the lot, put the print out on the dash and jump on the shuttle. This hotel required paperwork. Fill out your name, tag number, dates parking, etc... on a paper form at the desk and then you have to fill out another online form with the dates you are parking and use a code they provide so that you aren't re-charged the fee. Not a huge deal, but more difficult and they shouldn't need it since I put all that on the website when I purchased parking. On top of everything they were more expensive than other options that were unfortunately full this trip.

We are grateful for this service. Although there we not a lot of available slots for parking, the area was well lit. We were gone for 9 days, and everything was as we left it. Communication at the front desk was professional and precise as well.

Parking was convenient, as all garages and lots were full at San Antonio International Airport. Price was half of what I would have paid at the airport long term garage. Plus there was a free shuttle service included to and from the hotel. I left my vehicle for 5 nights and had no problems at all. Luis at the front desk was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. He deserves 5 stars and a raise! Easy parking check in and check out from hotel.

This is not a safe service to use. Had my vehicle broken into, car rummaged through, lights stolen, all in plain sight and was not notified. There are no cameras watching over the property so I wouldnt recommend going after dark either. As I tourist I will say the San Antonio Police department is very friendly, and the lot is conviently located near body shops to have you car towed to, and lots of rental car places near by so you can drive home.

This was a nice experience cause is reliable and peace of mind during our trip .
