If they could extend shuttle time at least for pre informed arrivals/departures, they are best. Price is good

Good location and service but unfortunately I got some scratches on my car.

The Homewood Suites front desk clerks have been helpful regarding printing a copy of the permit to be displayed while parking when I was not able to do it before arriving at the property. They have also been helpful regarding coordinating with the courtesy van drivers. The courtesy van drivers have generally been quickly available to provide transportation to the San Antonio International Airport, which I have especially appreciated when I was running late. Winds at the San Antonio International Airport are so high nothing I did could keep a car cover on my car, but Homewood Suites parking is shielded from high winds, making use of a car cover to protect my car's finish from direct sunlight a practical option.

On our way back we arrived at the pick up spot, called the hotel and they promised to send the shuttle shortly... 20 minutes later the shuttle hadn't arrived yet, so we called the hotel again and they promised the shuttle to arrive within 10 to 15 minutes... 15 minutes later (35 minutes total after the first call) no shuttle in sight, so we called a 3rd time. the shuttle arrived within five minutes. The driver mentioned that they just let him know at that time. Mind you, the hotel is located within 5 minutes from the airport. Yes, the parking price is very cheap, but when you're tired of traveling and just want to get home, you need to face unnecessarily long wait times.

Easy to park and shuttle was waiting for me

Great service and speed of the shuttle. No covered parking. Other hotels made me wait 45mins for a shuttle. This one sent out and was at the airport in 4 minutes.

It's so nice to be in charge of your own schedule when you fly!. The place you leave your car is literally an empty lot next to the hotel, uncovered. Generally, at hotel long-term parking, you check-in but you just get in your car and go when you return. The shuttle driver took me straight to my car and helped me with my luggage!

Staff was very accommodating. Shuttle was very timely. The lot itself could use a little attention. Not fully paved and large potholes.

Great off airport parking. Shuttled directly to the gate. Very timely!

I've utilized this service before. It's fantastic! The friendly people are amazing, and the shuttle driver dropped a step stool down to make it easier to get into the van. Love it!

none

I've parked here quite of few times. Easily accessible to the airport. Never had an issue. The pickup is fairly quick and easy.

So I originally thought the parking was at hotel, however it’s in parking lot behind the hotel. There was glass when I drove up, so was a bit uncertain, but all was well. The shuttle driver was prompt and overall was a great driver. If you need something last minute and cost effective I recommend.

Thank you, Homewood Suites!

We used to park here for nearly 3yrs now in every family trip we had usually for about 7-12days duration. I never had any issues at all, so far.

I waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle. It was unmarked and the girl at the front desk was very incompetent. Each time I called to find out where the shuttle was, she either told me he was on his way, or put the phone down for 10 minutes as she checked in guests. Probably never park at that hotel again.

This is definitely a much better deal than parking at the airport. Everything went great and the people were very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was that I had a flight that came in a couple minutes before midnight. It arrived a little early, but I had to wait for baggage, so there was no shuttle back to the lot. By the time I had my luggage the last shuttle had just left. The slightly lower rating for Customer Service was just because it would have been nicer if the shuttle ran a few minutes passed midnight so that passengers on flights that came in just before midnight had the possibility of getting a return shuttle.

Could not be more satisfied using One Stop Parking at Homewood Suites located at 8531 Broadway Street in San Antonio. The hotel representative at the desk was friendly and very professional. He pointed out where we needed to park our vehicle and repeated the instructions to leave the QR code we had printed on the dashboard. An economical means to park and we will definitely use it again.

This time the shuttle pick me in San Antonio airport. The lady driver was very professional. Appreciate it. One recommendation to OneStop could be to improve the condition of the parking lot. It would be nice if you put new asfalt and maybe a gate at the entrance. Respectfully.

Thank you smooth as glass
