Arrival
Upon your arrival, please check in at the front desk, where you will be asked to email a copy of your reservation receipt directly to the front desk agent. It is not recommended to leave valuables in vehicle. Be sure to lock vehicle.

Transfer
Shuttle runs from 4:00 AM to Midnight, departing every hour on the half hour. The shuttle will pick up only at the Homewood Suites Lobby.

Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call (210) 804-0100 to arrange your on-demand pick-up from the airport.

Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window.

Terrible Shuttle service

I waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle. It was unmarked and the girl at the front desk was very incompetent. Each time I called to find out where the shuttle was, she either told me he was on his way, or put the phone down for 10 minutes as she checked in guests. Probably never park at that hotel again.

Definitely my preferred place to park

This is definitely a much better deal than parking at the airport. Everything went great and the people were very friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was that I had a flight that came in a couple minutes before midnight. It arrived a little early, but I had to wait for baggage, so there was no shuttle back to the lot. By the time I had my luggage the last shuttle had just left. The slightly lower rating for Customer Service was just because it would have been nicer if the shuttle ran a few minutes passed midnight so that passengers on flights that came in just before midnight had the possibility of getting a return shuttle.

Could not be more satisfied using One Stop Parking at Homewood Suites located at 8531 Broadway Street in San Antonio. The hotel representative at the desk was friendly and very professional. He pointed out where we needed to park our vehicle and repeated the instructions to leave the QR code we had printed on the dashboard. An economical means to park and we will definitely use it again.

This time the shuttle pick me in San Antonio airport. The lady driver was very professional. Appreciate it. One recommendation to OneStop could be to improve the condition of the parking lot. It would be nice if you put new asfalt and maybe a gate at the entrance. Respectfully.

I waited in the lobby for 2 minutes when I got there and waited for 5-7 minutes at the airport when I came back from my trip. Excellent shuttle drivers and prompt. I am going to use them exclusively and customer service is premier.

I have been using your parking lot service for years as we travel extensively. The change in your service availability is the 1 disappointing fact that is causing this low rating. We typically return back in the evening from our travels close to midnight and this trip we had to pay for a LYFT to take us to the lot as our flight landed around 12AM.

Shuttle driver

My only complaint: The shuttle driver, without my asking, started conversation by telling me about break ins on trucks at these 3rd party lots. I have a car. It stressed me out for a couple of days because I had paid to park there 13 days while flying out of town. He probably didn't mean harm but shouldn't tell customers that. My car was OK when I got back.

Use this every time I fly!

I think it's a great place to park. My vehicle is a 2014 van and I am careful to remove everything, so thieves wouldn't be interested. Be aware you will have to lift your bags to move them over a curb between the parking and shuttle area. Shuttle drivers are always great.

Complain about shuttle service.

One stop parking: Dear sirs/mme. Several times I have parked my car in Homewood Suites Broadway San Antonio. However, on July 3, 2026 when I arrived to San Antonio airport and called twice to the staff of the hotel to send the shuttle to pick me up, they never sent it. After waiting more than 40 minutes at the gate B13 Terminal 2 (hotel shuttle pickup) and it was very hot, I decided to call an Uber. This is not a good service anymore. Very Reasonable Bang for the Buck

Gravel lot beside a hotel. Hotel shuttle is used for transport to the airport. Shuttle runs 2X per hour. Shuttle drivers are always nice. I have seen cars here that were broken into. I wouldn’t recommend parking a nicer car here. I have a modest vehicle and have parked here dozens of times with no significant issues.

Great pricing and location

The location is close to the airport, which is convenient. The parking lot isn’t fully paved and had shattered glass over parts of it. But it was still ok. The shuttle service was prompt both ways, and the drivers very courteous. The pricing is great. This is out 2nd time parking here and we would do it again.

What a mess!

No shuttle after Midnight, so if you are on a late flight or your flight into SAT is delayed past midnight you’re “on your own” getting back to where you’re vehicle is parked! This sucks!!! Time to find a different place to park!

I had a really bad experience, burglary vehicle. My passenger right window was completely broken. I paid vehicle protection an after 4 days I haven't received any answer. I already sent police report, I'm still waiting.
