We did have a paper on our vehicle saying our vehicle was not found in the system when we returned. We gave all the info to a lady at the Hilton Garden inn when we parked. Shuttle a little slow picking us up at the airport. Both drivers to and from airport did not help us with our luggage

Day of check in for parking front desk person was seriously rude. Called for shuttle after arrival to airport and was told 20 minutes but in reality it was 40 minutes!!

I thought shuttle ran every 1/2 hour but when I got there they said every hour.

Garden Inn airport parking is so easy and convenient. The employees were very nice and cordial. They did not make you feel like you were an inconvenience. Thank you for the excellent service.

I cannot give this location a good review. We were unable to take the shuttle to and from the airport. When arriving at Hilton Garden Inn, we were informed that they would not be running the shuttle until they received a pickup call from a priority guest and that we would need to call a ride share. Upon returning from our trip, I called the hotel for the shuttle. I was told that they could not pick us up right away because they needed to do a fuel run which would take 40 minutes. and again I was told to use a ride share. I will continue to use one stop parking however I will not utilize Hilton Garden Inn.

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely use their services again!

Arrived to park around 3am for an early flight, desk attendant informs me that the shuttle is down because the side door wont open, I offered to ride up front as I was the only passenger, but they sent the driver home. No other options were offered, I paid in advance and chose this location specifically for the 24 hour shuttle. No advance warning even though they knew the shuttle was broken at 11pm the previous evening. Someone should have called. I should have been notified so I could make other arangements and not miss my flight. I had to rush to install uber, setup payments, get a ride all on my own. Desk attendant finally offered to pay for my uber, however the assistant general managers email bounced, apparently he doenst work there anymore. so much for hospitality. Parking at this location is not automatic, I had to register with a completely different online system, unrelated to OneStopParking.com and register my vehicle plate, and timeframe. This is getting cumbersome. Once I returned from my trip I found a parking ticket on my windshield stating that I owed the second parking company money as I was not registered in their system. I probably wont park here again and will find another site without all the issues.

Amazing Drop Off - Friendly, chatty male with whom I felt comfortable going to the airport. Upon arrival back at the airport, the driver arrived, and she stayed seated in the van the entire time. She was not accustomed to driving that vehicle size, which is okay, but the company should spend extra time training her with the larger vehicle. I waited awkwardly as the doors opened, thinking maybe she was finishing paperwork. I walked to the back where the suitcases were, hoping she would come out and load them. As you might guess, this did not happen. I walked back to the side door and stated I had bags that needed to be loaded, and she unlocked the doors so I could load them myself. On the way back to the airport, it was noted that she was not comfortable driving that vehicle size. Once back at the hotel, the driver did not exit the vehicle. I removed my luggage.

Hotel easy to find. When I walked in I asked about shuttle parking do I need to fill anything out ( I prepaid) was initially told no but after some questioning found out I had to which makes sense. Shuttle to airport was fine. Return shuttle we had to call twice was initially told it would be 15 to 20 minutes, but ultimately waited 58 minutes for shuttle to arrive.

Simply the Best: 1.) OneStopParking has an excellent website to conveniently select and book parking locations! 2.) After we arrive, the shuttle driver loads our luggage. And, in cases of a close call, the driver will wait a minute or two to assure we don't miss the shuttle! 3.) We arrive at the airport in a timely manner! 4.) We return from our trip, and a quick call brings the shuttle to pick us up. And, the shuttle driver will drop us off at our vehicle for convenient and quick unloading of our luggage so we can be on our way! 5.) Last but not least... OneStopParking is the best price in town!!! Great service at a great price!!!

I called and request the shuttle and was told to be picked up in 20 minutes. The 20 minutes go by and I wait a little more, after half an hour waiting I call again and I was told that there has been a delay on the shuttle, meaning they didn't send it, and also to be told very rudely to arrange my own transportation because they can't provide a time frame to pick me up. I would not recommend to park or stay here if you plan to use the shuttle service.

We have used One Stop Parking at a few different hotels. Hilton Garden is now a favorite. Parking was very easy. Fast check in and a shuttle was ready to take us to the airport. Upon return, I called for a shuttle pickup and was given an estimated pickup time. Shuttle picked us up and dropped us off at our vehicle. I will definitely use Hilton Garden again..

Everything is good but the Customer Service is very poor, on the arrival at CVG Airport I tried many times to call no one answered, luckily we show the shuttle and flag down, the shuttle driver was very politely stopped and picked up for returning to Hilton Garden parking lot. Regards.

It was easy to book, and the rates were reasonably good. I was pleased with the service I received and would use this again when needed. I will also recommend it to my friends and family members.

Bobby was the driver to come get me after I got back into town. He was aggressive and very unprofessional. Having a man scream at me and telling me to call a cab in front of my son was the worst experience. After being 50 minutes late he didn't help me with bags. He also told other customers in the van he was going to drive out of his way to drop them first and I could wait when I had already waited 50 minutes. If you want speedy service and someone who is kind go with marriot. They asked me every time where we parked because they hated to see us waiting. They came 3 times in the time it took this guy to show up. He's so lazy and rude I wish I could give this negative stars. Would never recommend this to anyone.

We loved Hilton garden inn, Florence, KY parking. Great shuttle, on time, and extremely courteous.

Overall experience was good. After checking in the shuttle driver was not on time being the early morning hours.
