Place I check the first for availability

Hilton Garden Inn parking place is our first choice when we travel. We have been using it for at least ten years and we have not had any issues at all so far.

Parking was great until I returned. Due to shuttle being down hotel ordered Uber. We hadn't left airport even when uber driver asked me to leave car as Hilton had cancelled contract. After much discussion and negotiations (cash) driver agreed to return us to Hilton front desk. End result was satisfactory and Hilton paid cash to driver.

Could be better.

In comparison to other hotel parking around the area that offers the same exact service, including airport shuttle,Hilton garden is the most expensive. It will be better if price differences is not so high.

Time arrival of shuttle at column 37 should be better communicated with driver. He should be aware how many people are waiting so noone is left behind.

Airport shuttle

It was great to park at this hotel for my itinerary to travel in Canada. The location was near the airport and the shuttle driver, Mattia was super fast driving me back.

Overall good but shuttle dissapointment

Overall experience using the Garden was great. However, the driver to the airport was driving erratically and in hindsight I should have said something at the time. The return shuttle had us waiting over an hour. Even after 3 phone calls saying that it would be there in 15-20 minutes each time.

Wonderful experience

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and informative. I only had to walk outside the terminal upon my return and the shuttle was there, I know that is fortunate timing for me that I didn't have to wait, but it was still terrific as it got me on the road faster. A very good experience.

Shuttle Service

The service was real in fact they took us to the airport ahead of our scheduled time. The driver was very friendly. When we returned we had a short wait for the van but nothing out of the ordinary. Would definitely use this service again and recommend it to anyone

Not good shuttle

The shuttle driver left us in the van without heat , he could have started the truck before to at least warm it up outside was cold all the passengers were complaining . He didn’t care at all … these people are not very friendly as well no nice greetings Goodmorning , goodnight nothing
