Arrival
Upon your arrival, please check in at the front desk to complete your parking paperwork. You will receive a parking tag and be directed to your designated parking spot. We recommend arriving early, as shuttle space may be limited.

Transfer
Shuttle runs from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Service operates hourly between 6:00 AM and 1:00 PM, and on demand starting at 1:00 PM.

Please note that shuttle service is only available within these operating hours.

Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call the hotel at 403-291-4666 to request your shuttle service.

Airport pickups are provided on demand between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, and the front desk will inform you of the designated pickup location and expected shuttle arrival time.

Easiest place to park

I enjoy parking here especially when I stay the night before. The shuttle service to the airport is prompt. My only dislike is when arriving at the airport I find it quicker and easier to use uber instead of going thru the process of calling for the shuttle.

The shuttle is rarely “in service”

When I called for pick up I was informed that their shuttle was not available. I then told the hotel representative that we were told that shuttle service to and from the hotel was included in our parking price. She told me to hail a cab and they would pay for it. They underpaid the cabbie and he complained profusely to us - so we gave him extra money. The hotel staff are lovely. The location is hard to get into during peak hours. And in the two times that I used them this year their shuttle was only in service once. Thankfully, they paid for cabs.

Pretty cheap, but not fully functional right mow

My experience was fine, except for their shuttle service being non existent right now. I’d avoid them for this reason right now. They give you taxi service for free, but you need to ring them when you arrive back in Calgary, and it’s impossible to get through. The front desk clerk was lovely and explained they are very busy, I understand that, but when you have payed for a service and required to have to wait in the rain after already 20 hrs of travel, being busy isn’t an excuse for a non functional service that you’ve paid for. I ended up taking my own Uber, and had to argue a refund after waiting further to speak to a manager. If you want smooth travel I’d avoid them.

Very bad experience! My vehicle gas had been stolen so that I had wasted 4 hours to find this problem! Someone stole my vehicle’s gas and I could not start my vehicle engine. The hotel services just tried 10mins to start my vehicle and then they left me alone, to solve my problem by myself ……please do not park there!

I’ve left my vehicle here twice for a total of 10 nights with zero issues. On my last stay, upon returning to Calgary I phoned the hotel to see when the next shuttle would be showing up at the airport. I was told it doesn’t run for a few hours in the afternoon. I mentioned the free shuttle was stated online when I booked so the receptionist had me take a taxi and provided a voucher for the driver.

I am not very happy.

The shuttle going back to the hotel from the airport was horrible. At exactly 5:05pm, I called the hotel for our pickup, and a woman answered, saying we needed to wait 45 minutes, which was not a big deal, and we were willing to wait. An hour passed, and there was no shuttle yet, so at exactly 6:05 pm, I gave them a call again, and the woman said there was an accident and traffic, but when we checked the map, there was none. The shuttle came at 6:25pm. We waited for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes outside the airport in 9-degree weather. The service was terrible, and I would not recommend it. Never again! Lying about a traffic.
