Stay @Hampton in Albany ny

The first time I parked the only available spot had a good sized branch somewhat in the way which really wasn’t an issue but it was still there when I came back. My visit there this past week was perfect, parking was very close to the front which is nice at 4am

Cut off time

I do not remember that the shuttle stopped at 11:00, so I had to pay for a taxi ride from the airport. Many flights arrived at 11:30.

Late pick up

The outbound trip was seamless. However, coming back I called for the service. They told me 15 minutes. After waiting for 25 minutes I called again and they said the shuttle just left. Finally, after about a total of 40 minutes, the shuttle arrived from the hotel that’s about a mile and a half away.🙁

Only once an hour to airport

Everything was fine in terms of my getting to my plane on time because I happened to arrive just before the shuttle left,but when I arrived, I was told that the shuttle only happened once an hour not every 30 minutes as it is listed online. You can have the shuttle leave as frequently or in frequently as you like, but you should advertise it accordingly.

Hotel shuttle not operating

Our one complaint related to our late arriving plane at the nearby airport (12 midnight). The hotel shuttle no longer operates 11p-6a so we were required to spend an additional $ 25 on a taxi to take us from the airport to the hotel. When this occurs, their should be a mechanism for our being reimbursed.
