What is the point of airport off-site parking without a shuttle??

Bizarre, bizarre, bizarre! When I booked Baymont, it provided a phone number for its shuttle. I reasonably assumed there was one! Only long after I arrived to find out from the oddly affect-less front desk attendant that the shuttle service doesn’t begin until 7 did I see the “special conditions” on the receipt: no shuttle service at all!! So which is it: 7 am on or none at all?? I insisted in being driven to the airport which is a mile away, which the attendant silently did. Beware: on the return, the cab fare from the airport for that 1.0-mile trip was $20, flat fare!!! How can that be even legal?? In my opinion, onestopparking should not platform Baymont at all. This is a ridiculous “service.” I would have been far better off parking at the airport! I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone.

The service was acceptable; I was taken to the airport within 10 minutes and picked up withing 10- minutes on my return. I will definitely use this service again, and I would recommend it to others.

Extremely nice customer service for oyr parking

The young man that served us was nice, polite, knowledgeable and helped us by explaining where we needed to park our car. He even dropped us off at the airport and picked us up when we returned. Our car was safe! We were very happy and will use your service again! Thank you!

All around positive experience. The confusion between the "Shuttle service No" announcement on this request for feedback and more importantly on the Baymont Albany Airport (ALB) website and the fact there is shuttle service for a $5 fee NEEDS to be straightened up PROMPTLY!

Parking is an after thought

This isn't a real parking service. They charge you an additional $5 and the guy at the hotels drives you in his car. When we arrived no one answered the phone for a while. Then we were picked up. I was about to walk the 1.2 miles to get my car. Not a professional set up.
