Excellent service, all staff absolutely wonderful and kind!! Four Points had the best daily fee available to me. Overall, an excellent experience!

Best parking...so very close to the airport...shuttle on demand, no waiting! Friendly efficient customer service. They drive you to the lot close to the hotel, they wait until you're all set. I've been many times, and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

Service is great

They give you 2 tickets once you check in. One goes on the dash and the other you need to hang on to and give it to the driver when he drops you back off at your vehicle.

The trip there was great.. arrived very early in an, front desk was friendly helpful, and shuttle driver took me to park lot, and we were on our way to the airport.perfect. Coming back. the shuttle did not show up even after 3 calls, and an hour later. (it was after midnight, tired ) and we were about to all call an Uber, driver showed up frazzled...said she had to take a customer for food somewhere. I'm sorry. But there should be some rules about who is going to accommodate who. I do hope if I use this service again, this was only a 1time situation.

Will be back. So convenient!

Excellent! This is my "go to" spot whenever I have to park my car at the airport and fly. The customer service personnel are friendly, from the check-in desk to the drivers. The drivers are timely, courteous, and helpful with luggage. 5 stars!🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Have parked here several times, always good service!

For whatever reason, this seems to always be about half the cost of other parking near MKE. Yes it's a little more time consuming as you have to go in and register your car. Takes about 2 extra minutes. But for half the cost, it's time well spent.

Every part of the service was great. Thank you

This was a very stressless experience at a great price!!!

Lot is getting some potholes in the asphalt. Like that it is gated.

I called for my shuttle at 7:30 pm and was told 15 min. 45 minutes later I am still standing outside the airport. I am a senior and a widow with no one to call for a ride and a dead phone. A kind gentleman called the hotel for me and again was told 15 min- no one came - their van driver from the HIlton offered to take me to the hotel. I then stood in the lobby waiting for their van driver to open the gate so I could access my car The positive is that it wasn't winter and 20 below with snow!!

I am so happy found the Royal Hotel as minutes from the airport and I usually take early flights so begins 4am service. Always personable drivers and had flight cancelled and still able to use the service the next day without penalty. Best parking!

This is a great spot to park. The check in was easy and quick, the shuttle was there waiting to escort me to the gated parking lot. On the way home I called to get picked up, waited over 20 minutes then called again. The shuttle driver said he did not get the first message. That was quite frustrating. After the second call the shuttle came within 3 minutes. The driver was very apologetic and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this location.

Very convenient and reasonably priced . roomy between cars so no door dings .

We had a great experience. The shuttle driver picked us up at our car in less than 5 minutes. He was so friendly and helpful that our vacation felt positive from the start. Our return was just as easy. We called after we got our luggage as requested and were picked up very quickly. Once again the shuttle driver (a different one) was upbeat and friendly. We will definitely park here the next time we travel.

Exceptional easy to book a reservation for parking in this lot. You cannot get closer to the airport (it is right across the street). Shuttle was convenient, immediately available and the driver was so very helpful. I highly recommend this as a parking option.

We've been parking at the Royle for long-term parking for about 1.5 years. We've never had any issues; the drivers are very friendly and timely in pick-up and drop-off.
