Shuttle Information

Be sure to have a copy of your reservation to present to front desk upon arrival, You must check in at the front desk before parking your car - a waiver is required to park your car with us. The form will require details about your car, license plate and contact information.

Crowne Plaza shuttles runs from 4AM to 11PM on demand (For pick-up please call 414-764-5300)

Our shuttle is on a first come, first served basis. Airline crew-members get priority on shuttles.

Your reservation provides you a spot on our next available shuttle keeping in mind that this could be immediately or a wait. We suggest arriving at least 20-30 minutes earlier than you would like to leave.

Please refer to the image on the map on the proper place to park your car. You are welcome to unload at the main entrance and then relocate your vehicle.

Located minutes away from Milwaukee-Mitchell International Airport. Free shuttle service to and from airport included with online purchase. No extra charges for full-size vans, pick-up trucks and large SUV's. No room reservation required.

Shuttle

Very, very unhappy. Landed at 10 30 pm, called for a pick up was told they could not find the driver for the shuttle. I had to pay $30.00 for a taxi to get my car. I feel like I got ripped off, will not use this service again.

Under new management the service has deteriorated. No one was at the desk to check in. The phone number I was given to call for the shuttle was no longer in service.

Good price, easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Friendly hotel and shuttle staff. Dropped off right at car. Will use the parking again in the future. Will use the stay and park option for early morning flights.

Discontinued 24hr shuttle service and wasn’t told, had to Uber to airport. Upon our return, didn’t answer the phone for a return shuttle. Had to Uber back. Unreliable shuttle service! Don’t recommend

I paid for 24 hour service based on website and previous experience only to get there and service hours have changed and now their using cabs plus on my return flight the service was closed!!! I will NOT be using them again. I can use other services in the same area and get the shuttle on site

No shuttle available.

When we arrived at the lot to park, and take the promissed shuttle to the airport, no shuttle was available by the hotel. They stated the shuttle was. Not available because it was under repair. We were forced to call Uber to take us to the airport. That was an additional $24.00 for us, that we were not expecting to have to pay. We should have been alerted prior to our arrival, that no shuttle was available, so we could have found alternate parking, but not even a text was sent to us for an update.

Confusion during Pickup

It took 1 hour and 40 minutes to be picked up at the airport and called the hotel twice and the driver twice. The normal hotel shuttle was broken down and the hotel contracted rides. The driver of the contracted ride stated that he could not pick up in the normal hotel shuttle area but the hotel never stated that. I never had issues in the past with Crowne Plaza but this time was absolutely awful.

Shuttle disappointment

I chose Crowne Plaza parking because they said they had a 24 hour shuttle. When I arrived, there was no shuttle and I had to Uber to the airport. When I return from my trip, I call for a shuttle pick up and I had to Uber back to the hotel. I was reimbursed, but I’m trying to think what would’ve happened if I was not able to get a Uber. I would’ve missed my flight, etc. etc. etc..

Bit disappointed

Shuttle run times apparently changed while on vacation. I had to wait for 35 minutes because shuttle run from hotel didn’t start until 5 PM Parking information completed on line required again at hotel upon parking and taking shuttle… could be streamlined Drivers friendly, courteous, and helpful!
