I left my new car in this parking lot and when I returned, the driver-side window was completely shattered. My car was broken into and robbed, and the leather seat was damaged as well. Because the window was broken, rain got inside the car and the interior was left wet, causing additional damage and stress. Customer service was not helpful at all. Instead of offering assistance or taking responsibility, they simply told me to call the police. No support, no accountability. I paid $173 for parking and then had to spend another $1,000 to replace the shuttered window, on top of dealing with the stress and damage. For the price they charge, security and customer support should be far better. I do not recommend this parking lot and will never use it again.

Unknown to us the Fairfield is adjacent to a cement batch plant with conveyors extending high in the air. We returned to a car so covered in cement dust we had to immediately go to a car wash. This is a terriblle place to park a vehicle.

This lot is conveniently close to the airport. We parked our car for 6 days and didn’t have any issues. Easy-to-find ride share pickup and dropoff location.

Needed to park for a long period of time and this worked perfectly! Drop off and pickup was easy and Uber to the airport took only minutes.

Easy parking, quick check in. Very polite desk clerk. Lyft was very prompt to arrive.

We were away 30 days for a cruise and parked at the Fairfield. Saved $175.00 even with the $35.00 in Lyft charges. "Economy " at LAS would have been $360.00. We don't live in LV so couldn't just take ride to LAS. Was easy, took about an extra half hour each way. Went to LAS dropped off wife and luggage, drove to Fairfield and took Lyft back to LAS. On return took wife and luggage to passenger Pickup and then took Lyft back to Fairfield to get car and picked up wife and luggage at LAS. On our way home Easy Pessy.

Left my car for a week and came back to a broken window. Hotel was aware of it because they taped it up with plastic but said they couldn’t do anything about it. Such big disappointment.

Best place for long term parking. Pleasant and helpful staff, secure, and easy access to airport. Will be doing this in the future.
