Arrival
Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk before parking your vehicle. You must present your confirmation to the front desk to receive a mandatory parking pass.

Failure to display this pass clearly on your dashboard may result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.

Transfer
The shuttle operates daily from 6:15 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM, running every 30 minutes. Please arrive at the hotel 15 minutes before your desired departure to complete paperwork.

Please note there is no shuttle service available outside of these specific hours.

Return
Shuttle pickups are available on demand during operational hours (6:15 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM). After collecting your luggage, please call 7:02-798-5530 to arrange your pickup from the airport.

Best parking place for Las Vegas airport travel

It would be difficult, if not impossible, to find a better long term parking place near the Las Vegas airport, and so much less expensive than the airport lots. Friendly staff, reliable service, and I've used it many times over the past several years.

"Thanks for your money"

Good part: Very close to Terminal 1 dropoff/pickup. That's it. Bad parts: Sketchy neighborhood, no visible security. No toilet available after a 3 hour drive to LV. Had to walk to next door gas station. Called for pickup and went to spot only to see the van leaving without us. We were asked how many to pickup (2) but not our name or claim #, so the driver took the first people to show up. I called again and suggested they give the driver a name or claim check # to I.D. and was told, "We don't do that." Will probably look for a better option next time.

Never again

While your location is convenient, we will never again use your location to leave our car. Not only don't you have a restroom for customers to use, but you allowed your shuttle bus to leave a few minutes early, leaving us behind to wait for the next one. That wasn't going to work, so, we used a cab at a cost of almost $15 on top of what we paid you to park there. We've already posted a review elsewhere recommending that people don't use your location. Sorry to be so blunt, but you deserve it.

First choice for parking

We have parked here multiple times. It's our first choice due to their close location to the airport. All but one time their shuttle has been on time. We had one experience of having to wait at the airport for pick up for nearly an hour. But every other visit the shuttle has been prompt. It leaves Best Western on the hour and half hour. There is a 2 hour window in the afternoon with no shuttle service. Please be aware there is no public bathroom at this hotel so if you have come in from a long drive like we do be sure to stop somewhere prior to arriving to park your car. Parking tends to sell out at this location so we book early.

Front desk rude and unhelpful

Called front desk at 6:34pm from airport asking for shuttle pickup. Told next shuttle would be 8pm. Asked why as shuttles run every half hour? Told (very rudely) I had missed deadline 4 minutes ago when shuttle left hotel. Takes 10 minutes to get to airport so I did not understand why it couldn't be told to pick us up. No explanation other than I was 4 minutes late. Went to pickup point anyway and shuttle arrived within 5 minutes to pick us up. Driver was great and we arrived at hotel. Front Desk attendant needs course in etiquette!

My trip

I had a 7:15 flight so I needed to be at the airport by 5:15. No shuttle till 6. I arrived back at 2:45. No shuttle till 4. I ended up paying a taxi a total of $25. I was not happy. BW should have better shuttle hours.

Couldn't be better!

Convenient and easy to find location, plus a daily charge much less than that at the airport, and the shuttles are quite and comfortable...and on time. I park nowhere else when I fly out of Las Vegas.
