I made reservations online, got email with scan code. I was told where I could park, and it was convenient for me. I was told not to use that email scan code but to scan another code at the desk. The shuttle outside left during this process. There is no reason that they could not wait one minute later, the lady at the desk could have told the driver to wait. So, I waited another half hour for the next shuttle, top of the hour. The driver told my his name and I scanned a code in the shuttle to tip him, which I thought was good. On the return trip, the driver took cash tips, no code for online tips. The shuttle left the airport at 15 after the hour, which was unexpected. I was not told to look for "Tower Road" on the sign of the shuttle, I had to be directed to the shuttle for boarding. Good experience overall.

This parking option at the airport Doubletree was easy, safe and affordable. The only issue was it cost about $21 more than they quoted initially, but still a bargain.

The person at the Double Tree desk had me fill out a form and then entered the license plate and start and stop dates. She entered my licenses plate incorrectly which didn't display anywhere in the texted confirmation and has caused me a huge headache. parkingmgt.com, who administers the parking program is impossible to contact, so I am still trying to resolve the issue. At least they didn't tow the car, but I am worried they will mail a nasty letter trying to force me to pay more. I don't think the hassle is worth the some savings.

Super simple, the reception person could have been a bit more helpful with my first time using the facility for parking. The instruction on where to pick up the shuttle on my return could have used the word East or West before door 512. Shuttle was friendly and convenient and parking felt safe. Will use this location again.

I will definitely park here in the future! Quick check in. I gave the wrong license plate information. However, once at the airport the shuttle driver took the correct information and was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Staff helped me check in as my service wasn't working. Shuttle arrived, staff was friendly and courteous. Upon return I missed the shuttle by a minute. A neighboring hotel shuttle was very accommodating and let me ride. I appreciate the human factor, don't see it so much these days
