We have used this car lot a few times now. Easy access to LaGuardia. Shuttle wait time pretty good. Will definitely use again.

The shuttle is in a bad condition third world quality . Pick up service from airport long wait almost an hour wait no excuse for such a delay in picking up from the terminal.Bad experience

Overall the service was acceptable and the price was reasonable. A suggestion to improve customer service is they need to remove the notice at the bottom of the ticket which states "Do Not Call For Pick Up". Those words are in red letters, however when they picked me up at the airport (fortunately because another customer did call for pick up) the driver advised me I was supposed to call. I advised him their ticket specifically states "Do Not Call For Pick Up". This type of error opens the door for confusion and arguments which are unnecessary when you are dealing with customers who are traveling, short on patience, short on time, etc... Due to their error, when I arrived back at the parking lot my car was not ready. One thing leads to another which causes ratings to go down.

The guys were friendly and one of the guys gave me some advice on how to get to the air train, so that was pretty cool.

Had our car heated upon arrival

Got me to LGA quickly and picked me up coming back quickly, even in the aftermath of a huge snowstorm. No complaints and will use them again the next time I fly out of LGA.

The service was great, but I had real difficulty finding the place. It is on 23rd Ave., but they did not mention the cross street, which is 90th St. Once I found someone who could give me that information, is was easy to find, They should add this to their website.

This works well if you are ok with outdoor parking, at a fraction of the cost of LGA terminal parking. The shuttle works well, and when I felt it was taking too long to come pick me up on the return, someone answered the phone when I called and connected me to the driver. Much better than sitting there on hold forever with some corporate customer service bots. Nice people.

Location was perfect. Shuttle pickup was 5 minutes at airport.

Leaving the car was fine, although it took some time at the register. Picking up the car was the main issue. The shuttle didn't arrive at the airport, they said it was running hot and couldn't pick you up I had to take an Uber. And then had to wait a long time as they needed to find the car and move all cars around it (20 mins). Overall not a great experience.
