Close to airport

Not sure how often there are eyes on the back parking area, but our car was fine on return. Shuttle was quick getting to airport. Drivers polite.

Great price, staff is very friendly. Took less than 10 minutes after parking to get shuttle to our terminal. It’s Rochester, you take your chance parking anywhere. I came back and my car was fine and still there. I would park here again.

Very quick shuttle. Helped me with luggage in and out. Came to airport within 10 minutes to pick us up and very friendly! Took us right to my car and put luggage in for me. This was my second time using them and will definitely use them again!!

The first thing that happened was the inability to find my reservation because I didn’t have my confirmation number. We should have left right then but I was sure I had paid for it. I had to pay again so it was expensive. The desk clerk/ shuttle driver was kind and tried his best but it was of no use. Coming back we had to wait quite a while to be picked up. I will not use onestop again

Easy check in for parking. Shuttle was ready great customer service in regards to getting on the shuttle to getting our luggage off. The gentleman that helped us was very professional and when we arrived back in Rochester from our destination a quick phone call and within 3 minutes the shuttle was there to pick us up and drop us off right in front of our vehicle. The only complaint I would have is that the actual parking lot is a bit uneven and could use a resurfacing but other than that it was an amazing experience. It's a quarter of the price then parking at the airport within walking distance if you absolutely were looking for the exercise.

Amazing airport parking

Oh gosh, this was the greatest. I hadn't traveled in probably 25 years, so first time through TSA, I was nervous and anxious. The front desk clerk was SO calming and matter-of-fact. Took me right over to the airport, gave me his card so that I could call when I got back. When I landed I called and , again, came right over. So easy. Would recommend to everyone. Also, the price was better than at the airport. Reserving my parking online was super easy and fast..

Seamless experience

The lot was clean and well lit with plenty of available spaces, and felt very safe. The staff on site were all super helpful and outgoing. The lot is pretty much across the street from ROC so the drive over is less than 5 minutes, making it such a convenient place to park.

Great place to park

I’ve used this lot a few times. I have always had courteous drivers and registration individuals. I felt confident my car would be safe during my travel. It’s outside so be prepared during the winter. I would suggest the signage change for your return trip. The paper version says to call when you arrive/ get your luggage, however in another spot it says the shuttle runs every 30 minutes and no reason to call. If there is no reason to call, I’d suggest the instructions simply states the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. If you call to alert them you have arrived then it might say something like “ call us so we know to send the shuttle on the next 1/2 hour”. Just a suggestion, not a complaint. We had no difficulties getting to and from the airport. I’d highly recommend.

The convenience of being right across the street from the airport is great! Shuttle Driver and desk checkin people were all pleasant and courteous, and the price is very reasonable.
