we park here often. The shuttle is not reliable. we had to uber back 1 time. We just allow extra time knowing this.

Satisfied with service.

Sometimes the pickup at the airport takes much more than 10 minutes. Also, confusion about location of airport pickup. Once, in winter, they couldn't start the shuttle engine - had to take a taxi. But very close to airport. Shuttle is always ready at Motel 6 to take you right to the airport, in less than 5 mins., so no worries there.

This is the least expensive option and especially good when parking more than a few days. We had an early flight going out and very late flight coming back and shuttle was quick and easy.

It is impossible to beat the value of this parking service. Would prefer to have covered parking, but this is a trade off against convenience, cost, and customer service, all of which were great.

I have used this location several times and have never had a problem with the parking or shuttle transportation. The young lady that shuttled me to and from the airport was so sweet and kind. I would recommend her but do not recall her name! Thank you Motel 6 for taking care of my needs.

Great shuttle service upon checking in. However, when we returned to Rochester airport from our vacation, I kept calling the two phone numbers for shuttle service at Motel 6, but no one ever answered the phone. Finally I gave up and had to pay for a taxi, as we were tired from out trip and didn't want to wait for hours, and the phone probably would have still gone unanswered. The shuttle driver missed out on a double tip, as I forgot to give it when he dropped us off at the airport the week before.

Impressed with how close we were to the airport. We decided to stay there overnight and the room was decent as well.

Motel desk staff helpful & shuttle response quick.

We drop off our car for a week. No problem with the drop off or shuttle. When we returned from a late evening flight and call for a shuttle pick up there was no answer. Waited a few minutes and called again still no answer. Now we had to try to find someone to take us to pick up our car. Don't advertise 24/7 shuttle service if it's not available and leave customers hanging. I would never recommend that anyone use this option. To say we were frustrated and angry is an understatement.

Quick easy service

Inexpensive and easy to use. Great job!

We have mixed feelings about this parking option. Positives are the good pricing and convenience. Negatives are that both times we have used this parking service in the last 6 months we have had to call an Uber to get to the motel from the airport. We call the shuttle number 5 times or more, letting it ring repeatedly but never getting a response. Very irritating especially after a long day of flying.

Very pleased with both in and out.
