The lot is an absolute dump. We were told to park outside the lot on the far side which involved driving through the twisty pot-holed gravel lot. Car were parked everywhere in a level of chaos. ….and there’s only one shuttle. So if it’s full or you miss it, oh well! On the plus side, my car was waiting when I got back. But my confidence level that that would happen was very low. Would never ever park here again

i waited until till leaving baggage claim to notify ARB for pickup, to ensure the shuttle didn't arrive before I could be at the pickup spot. Big mistake. I waited 1/2 hr in torrential rains while multiple vans from other parking firms came by. The van that finally arrived was so packed that the luggage compartment was filled and add'l suitcases were piled on a seat by the second row door. i had to throw mine atop that pile, with no assistance. My 76-year old thin body had to squeeze past this pile to get to the only vacant seat in the third row. I fail to understand why that pile of luggage was not in the third row so that the last pickup---me---could be seated there, by the door in the second row. Upon arrival at ARB, a young man at the counter did not even look up as I entered. I asked for my keys and he mumbled something. Then an older man appeared. Evidently the younger man had no authority---nothing wrong with this, rather the point is that in the dark of night, in heavy rains, after a long wait and uncomfortable ride, this was not a "good look" for an ARB customer to encounter upon entering the office. To put it mildly, I was peeved and suggested to the older man who provided me my keys that perhaps ARB could look into procuring an additional van to avoid what happened to me. In the peeved moment I also said that if ARB had any integrity, it would refund me on the basis of false advertising. Of course I don't expect this, but an apology would have been welcome.

Easy

The worst ran airport shuttle service, not organized, shuttle doesn’t run every 15 minutes more like 1/2 hour and my car was not ready when I returned home.

We would definitely use ARB parking again! Prices were very reasonable. It worked out perfectly!

This was effortless, shuttles prompt and car took 30 seconds to return. Thanks ARB!

Everything worked out very well. Very prompt. Drop off shuttle ( lot to terminal) was prompt. Pickup (from terminal to the lot) was delayed considerably. Had to wait for half hour for the pickup

Smooth and easy start to finish

I waited 55 minutes for the shuttle. Every time I called they said it was on its way. Your are around 6 minutes from the airport so there was no reason for such a long wait. When finally pick d up the driver said the van had a flat tire Either that was not true or the guy on the phone should have told me. I have parked at JFK once a month for the past 9 months. As much as I always had a wait it was not like this. Unfortunately I like the people who work there but not worth a 45 minute wait after a long flight. You just lost a customer.
