Vehicle was ready for pick up along with the shuttle service

My vehicle was there for 10 days and someone from the lot sat in it for long periods of time with engine running as it diminished my fuel by 8% and the worst of it was I found the rear window open 6” and when entering my vehicle I realized why. They were smoking in my vehicle. It has to be professionally cleaned now as it smelled of cigarettes, or Pot.

We waited hours to get out the parking lot they were not prepared for the snow

1. The shuttle wait on the way to the airport was 20 minutes. The waiting area had no heat when it was 20'F outside. 2. The shuttle wait on the way from the airport was more than 20 minutes. 3. When I arrive to the lot, it turned out the staff didn't clean over a foot of snow and the couldn't get my car out. It took 2 hours to get out of there with the staff cleaning a little bit a pushing the car. 4. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They refused to provide management/owner's phone number. They told me to call a tow-truck to get me out.

Horrible experience. They only have one shuttle going. Waited for almost 1 hour at airport waiting for shuttle to pick us up. Others in shuttle were also pissed off. Then we finally get back to lot and tons of people waiting for shuttle to take them to airport and not all fit on so even more waiting and tons of pissed off people. Trust me - do not use this lot. AWFUL.

Price inconsistency, different from all charges including when booking online, prices vary from who is working. They are telling you if you pay cash no extra fees, how can you pay cash when booking online? Also they are saying if you have a small SUV it is an extra $5 one time, depending on who is working, they will tell $5 extra for EACH DAY the car will spend on the lot. Which one is true? They will telling one thing over the phone, and when you arrive it will be something different. I will not going back there, and will not recommend.

Was charged extra last min because I had a small suv.

I would never ever park here again. Not easy to find, the lot is disgusting and the service is horrible. They are so rude and the worst is that when you arrive, plan to pay alot more than what you booked for because they charge extra upon parking for Small SUV’s, Large SUV’s and Trucks. Which is basically most cars and it’s at their discretion. Although the shuttle was timely upon departure, the driver didn’t pick up our bags and load the shuttle because he recently had back surgery. Disgraceful and worst service and place I ever parked. Never again. Beware.

I got there at the time schedule and was sent away because the lot was full. If this is the service you provide, you should not be in service. You cost me more in money and headache, at a time I did not want either. And, I want my money back!

This place was hard to find. my booking was for One time parking. The actual place was called Apex EWR. We drove past it 2 different times. Then when we got there , they charged us an additional $50 fee. The people were nice and picked us up and delivered us in a timely fashion.

People, be careful when you decide to use this parking, HIDDEN CHARGES ARE WAITING FOR YOU!!!!! 18.25% added if you use credit card, means, when you are in the parking at 4 am and being told that you have to pay $82.00 , but on the online was supposed to be $50.00 HA-HA-HA yopu have no option, but pay.... The NOTE about the charge is on the wall, not on-line... So, please be careful and try not to use SCAMmy parking with great customer service!

So much less expensive than another lot. Small lot but used them twice and no issues. Would use again.
