Only problem was, the driver did not go to the right pickup so we waited in the freezing cold even longer. The front desk also did not know where to tell us where to wait. We were informed to wait at baggage but shuttle pickup is in the middle waiting area across the drive to Shuttle Pickup. Just to clarify the druver parked in front of baggage and was chased away by security.

I don’t recommend hear. Every other place I’ve gone to lets you ride a shuttle to the airport this one did not. This place is also in a really scetchy area.

I’d used this lot before so it wasn’t hard to find. During the heavy Covid times the shuttle was discontinued but this is the first time I’ve used this lot since it was restarted. The shuttle hours were listed to be 2 pm until 10 pm. My departing flight was at 10 am so I was aware I would have to Uber to the airport however my arriving flight was at 7:30 pm and when I called for the shuttle I was told there wasn’t one, she said she thinks it stops at 5 pm but wasn’t sure be told me had to get an Uber. The price of the ride was a shocking $31.00 even though it was $10.00 when I left. It would have been cheaper to park at the airport which I will be considering from now on.

Appears the shuttle driver was off when I dropped off my car and it doesn’t have late hours. Outside of this, all good.

I will never use again!!!!! I was not picked up at airport as I was promised and had to hire a taxi to get to my vehicle.

When we come back trips. No shuttle bus. We called the hotel for shuttle. Hotel said just no shuttle service today TAKE UBER or TAXI.

Easy and fast check in, comfortable on demand shuttle for pick and and drop off, lots of uncovered parking lots in front of the hotel.

Shuttle should be there for flights to and from airport at all times!

Not sure what I even paid for because the hotel didn’t check my ticket and then they said it was too late for the shuttle. Save your money and park somewhere else!

There was no shuttle service which was very frustrating. Was not informed of this until I had already paid and parked. Did not like the fact that I paid for parking then needed to pay to get to the airport. This should have been communicated clearly before I booked. Upon return, I had to pay for another Uber. Not happy about this at all.

I've parked at the Wyndham many times in the past, and I always had a ride from the airport. At the end of a long travel day, it's nice to know someone is coming to pick me up. I called the Wyndham the day before to assure I would have a driver. She asked me what time I'd be at the airport and I said 8:00. She said yes, someone would pick me up. When I was ready for pickup I called the hotel and she said, "If someone isn't there in 15 minutes to call back. I waited 15 minutes and nobody came to pick me up. A driver from another hotel said he would take me there. I was so very thankful to him. If Wyndham doesn't have a driver, then use someone else who works at the hotel. Don't say you have a shuttle service when you don't. That's called false advertising. Wyndham Hotel put me through a lot of stress on May 23, and I think I should receive my money back because you did not have a shuttle service as advertised.

Last word I heard from the desk is that van driver was taking a knap. I have been parking at The Gardens for years but this last trip I have switched to Double Tree. So far no problems.

You fail My car was ransacked and vandalized the hotel doesn't seem to care about it.

I really appreciate the price. It is a great place that I like to park my car. However, there needs to be a better check in process. I do not want to have to look up my confirmation number and fill out information that I already completed online, especially when the hotel desk receptionist is less than friendly . I urge that an online check in process be put in place that allows me to print the parking tag ahead of time. Also, you advertise a shuttle service but the shuttle was not running the day that I checked in and needed a ride to the airport (2/9/23) . I was left having to call an Uber and risked missing my plane.

The night crew was there when I got there, and they were incredibly tentative and helpful. No shuttle but Uber was around $8 and it was there to take me to the airport in a snap!

With a shuttle it would be 5star
