Shuttle Information

Upon arrival, check in at front desk.

DoubleTree shuttle runs from 6AM - 10PM hourly to the airport and pickups hourly within shuttle hours. No shuttle after 10 PM up 6 AM.
To arrange for a pick-up at the airport, please call (405) 688-3300

if you show up 30 minutes before your flight, there is not enough time to wait for the shuttle and get to the airport. Airports suggest arriving 2 hours prior to flight; therefore, please arrive at the lot before the 2 hour window.

Located minutes away from Will Rogers World International Airport. Free shuttle service to and from airport included with online purchase. No extra charge for full-size vans, pick-up truck and large SUV's. No room reservation needed.

Poor shuttle service

Shuttle service employee was “running an errand” when I needed a shuttle to the airport. Had to spend $11 on an uber. Same story when I got back into town, spent another $11 on an uber. Poor customer service and didn’t even offer to pay my uber! Ridiculous

Go Wild

I was amazed of the shuttle time quickness. I pulled in at 9:45am & the shuttle was ready to take passengers to the airport at 9:50am. I had a 11:20am flight pulled up to the airport by 10:15am. Hotel parking is only 6 mins away don’t hesitate just book it. Great customer service & time efficient all under $20 for three days. Thanks DoubleTree I’ll be back again to go wild 🤗

First time parking.

I arrived at OKC 1340 hours airport and call for shuttle and lady told me that shuttle does not start until 1500 hours and first shuttle will be there at about 1511 hours. I end up using UBER for pick up my car. my understanding was that bus runs least every hours or call for pick up. I was disappointed.

Shuttle was quick and reliable. The hotel is a little hidden but was right down the street from the airport. Was slightly worried as I was under the belief it was a covered parking area however it was not. Could have been my misunderstanding.
