I have used Springhill Suites several times for their parking service. Every shuttle driver has been polite, helpful and always timely. As long as this service is available, I will always use it. So much better than parking at the airport. Drop-off right to the departing entrance and pickup right out front.

We have been using the shadow service to the airport for about three years. Overall, it’s a good value, easy to book online and majority of the times the drivers come quickly. Some of the drivers do not put your bag on and off the shuttle tho. We have arrived at the hotel as early as 5 o’clock, and clerks, aren’t always the friendliest. Overall, I totally recommend this instead of parking at the airport. You can get points as well. As soon as we got to the airport, the driver was there within five minutes. We will keep using the service

Very convenient location right across from the airport. The only draw back is you hear all the planes at takeoff. UPS planes start about 2:30 am.

Easy to use

Called from SDF for pickup 12/27/25 6pm. Rep said shuttle van was totaled in a wreck an hour before. She had no alternative. Had to take a taxi to Springhill. You owe me $20.

Prompt & courteous

Room was wonderful - nice hotel. Wasn’t there long but would definitely use again if needed. Shuttle was prompt on way to airport but had to wait 25 min for pickup at airport in 28 degree weather. Called front desk at hotel but driver saw us after dropping someone off and stated hotel never called him about a pick up.

I have used Onestopparking Service with Springhill for 3-4 yrs. It is so convenient to park here and be shuttled to the airport. Every driver has been polite and friendly and so helpful. I'm dropped off at the entrance and when I return I call for a pickup and brought right back to my car. This is a great service.

Exceptional Service

This is a good services offered at decent price. It's easy to book and use. Majority of time door corks quickly to airport. Some drivers friendlier than others. I'd def recommend this
