We provide free 24/7 shuttle service to and from the SDF terminals, so you’ll get to your flight on time without the stress of airport parking hassles. Why Choose OneStopParking?

Choosing OneStopParking for your Louisville airport parking needs means choosing value, convenience, and peace of mind. Here’s why our SDF park and fly service stands out:

Affordable Off-Site Rates: Save big compared to SDF’s official parking. Our partner lots offer cheap SDF parking starting as low as around $4 per day – a huge difference from the airport’s on-site rates, which cost up to $20 per day in the garage or $12 in the surface lot . Plus, unlike some competitors, we don’t add hidden booking fees (many sites like AirportParkingReservations.com charge a $5 fee per reservation ). With OneStopParking, the price you see is the price you pay, making us the best value for SDF parking deals.
Free 24/7 Shuttle Service: Every reservation includes complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the SDF terminals at no extra cost. Shuttles run 24/7 or on frequent schedules, so whether you have an early-morning business flight or a late-night arrival, you can count on a ride. Simply park your car and hop on the airport shuttle, which will drop you off curbside at the departure area and bring you back to your car when you return – all free of charge.
Secure, Well-Lit Parking Lots: Your vehicle’s safety is our priority. We partner with trusted hotel parkingfacilities near Louisville Airport that are well-lit, secure, and monitored. These are established hotel properties with staff on-site and often security measures in place (like cameras or gated access). You can travel with peace of mind knowing your car is parked in a safe environment, not an unattended remote lot. The lots are also paved and well-maintained, so no mud or gravel hassle.
Easy Online Booking & Free Cancellations: OneStopParking makes it simple to reserve your spot in minutes. Use our website to select your travel dates and instantly see available parking options and prices. Booking is as easy as a few clicks – no account required (though you can create one to track points and past reservations). Plans changed? No problem – we offer free cancellation for a full refund up to your scheduled parking date . Modify or cancel your reservation online without penalties. (Some other services charge fees for last-minute changes , but with OneStopParking you have full flexibility because we understand travel plans can evolve.)
Trusted Hotel Partners & Park-and-Fly Deals: We’ve teamed up with reputable hotels near SDF to provide park-and-fly convenience. This means you’re parking at established hotel locations (no need to book a room, unless you want to!). Our partners include well-known airport hotels offering SDF hotel parking packages – you get the benefit of their large parking areas and shuttle buses without having to pay for a night’s stay. (Of course, if you do want an overnight stay before your flight, many of these hotels offer special park and fly packages that include lodging – a great option for early flights.) With OneStopParking, you leverage these deals to park affordably and ride the hotel’s shuttle to the airport. It’s a win-win that provides comfort and reliability.
Short-Term or Long-Term – We’ve Got You Covered: Whether you need parking for a quick overnight business trip or for a two-week family vacation, OneStopParking has options. Short-term parking (even just one day or a few days) is available at excellent daily rates. For long-term parking, you’ll enjoy even greater savings – our weekly rates are often far lower than SDF’s long-term lot prices. There’s no limit to how long you can park; our partner locations welcome extended stays and your spot is reserved for the duration. This makes our service ideal for weekend getaways, week-long travels, or extended trips abroad. You’ll return to your car just where you left it, without breaking the bank on airport parking fees.
Superior Customer Support and Reliability: OneStopParking is a small team that truly cares about your experience. We pride ourselves on responsive, friendly customer support ready to assist if you have questions or any hiccups during your parking reservation. Unlike some larger platforms where getting help can be frustrating (for example, certain apps force you through cumbersome chat processes just to cancel a booking ), we make things straightforward. Need to cancel or adjust dates? It’s hassle-free online or via a quick email to our support. If you ever arrive and encounter an issue (rare, but if a lot were unexpectedly full, for instance), our customer service will work to make it right immediately – whether that means finding you an alternative spot or providing a prompt refund. Our commitment to flexibility and support sets us apart from competitors like Way.com or SpotHero, ensuring you travel stress-free. We’ve earned the trust of thousands of travelers through consistent, reliable service.

In short, OneStopParking offers Louisville airport parking that is cheaper, more flexible, and more customer-focusedthan any other option out there. You’ll get where you need to go – with more money in your pocket and one less thing to worry about on your journey.

Parking Options near SDF

When it comes to airport parking near SDF, OneStopParking gives you several convenient options to fit your needs and budget. All our parking locations are within a few miles of Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport, making for quick shuttle rides (usually just 5–10 minutes door-to-door). Here are the types of parking options you can expect:

Hotel Partner Parking Lots: Our primary offerings are off-site hotel parking lots. We partner with popular airport hotels like Hampton Inn, SpringHill Suites, Residence Inn, and others in the Louisville Airport area. These hotels have more parking space than their guests typically use, so they welcome OneStopParking customers to park there securely. You’ll park in the hotel’s designated area (detailed instructions are provided in your confirmation) and use their free shuttle to reach SDF. You do not need to be a hotel guest to use this service – we’ve arranged everything for you. This option lets you take advantage of a professional, well-maintained parking facility that’s close to the airport without paying the on-airport price.
Self-Park (Outdoor or Covered): Most of our SDF parking partners offer outdoor self-parking in open-air lots. These lots are spacious and easy to navigate – just pull in, park, and you’re set. Some locations may have covered parking or garages (if a hotel has a parking structure or canopy) – if so, it will be indicated in the booking details. Whether open-air or covered, all parking options are safe and monitored. If weather protection is important (for example, in winter months), look for any notes about covered parking availability when you book. Either way, you can lock your car and keep the keys (valet service is generally not required, it’s self-park for your convenience).
Short-Term vs. Long-Term: You can book short-term parking for as little as one day. This is great for day trips or picking up/dropping off someone at the airport when you need more than just a quick cell-phone lot stay. The cost through OneStopParking will often be significantly less than even the airport’s short-term rates for a day. For long-term parking, simply select the range of dates corresponding to your trip length – whether it’s 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, or more. Many travelers use OneStopParking for week-long vacations or extended travel; the longer you park, the more you typically save compared to daily airport rates. Our system will automatically calculate the total price, and there are no surprise surcharges for longer stays. (In fact, some of our locations have special weekly or monthly rates built in, passing on more savings to you.)
Park & Fly Packages: While OneStopParking primarily provides parking-only reservations, it’s worth noting that the hotels we work with often have “Park and Fly” packages of their own. This usually means if you book a room for a night, they include a certain number of days of parking for free or at a reduced cost. If you’re interested in staying at a hotel the night before your flight (perhaps you have a very early departure or are coming from out of town), you can take advantage of these offers directly through the hotel. However, with or without a hotel stay, you can still park via OneStopParking. We give you the flexibility to choose pure parking or pair it with your own hotel booking separately. By listing multiple options, we ensure you can tailor the experience: either just SDF parking or a full park-sleep-fly package, as you prefer. All options include shuttle service to the airport terminal.

How to choose? When you search our Louisville Airport parking page for your travel dates, you’ll see a list of available locations, each with details like daily price, shuttle hours, distance from SDF, and real customer reviews. You can filter or sort results by price or distance. For example, one lot might be $3.95/day but 10 minutes away, while another is $5.50/day but only 3 minutes away – pick what matters most to you! Some travelers prioritize the absolute lowest cost, while others prefer the closest lot for quick transfers. With OneStopParking, you have the freedom to select the parking option that best suits your needs, knowing that all choices are vetted and reliable.

How It Works

Using OneStopParking for Louisville airport parking is quick and hassle-free. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help first-time users understand the process:

Search for Parking: Enter your travel dates on our OneStopParking SDF page (your check-in and check-out dates/times for the parking). Our system will display all available SDF parking options for those dates, including the name of the hotel/lot, the daily rate, and shuttle information.
Compare and Select: Browse the results to find the best fit. You’ll see at a glance the price per day and approximate distance to Louisville Airport. Click on each option to read more details – like shuttle schedule (24/7 or specific hours), location address, and any special instructions (e.g., “Check in at front desk, shuttle on demand”). You can also read customer reviews and ratings for each location, ensuring you pick a well-reviewed spot for peace of mind.
Book Your Spot: Once you’ve decided, select the parking option and proceed to booking. You’ll enter your contact and vehicle information and pre-pay to reserve your parking spot. Our secure online payment system accepts all major credit cards. You’ll get an instant confirmation email with your reservation details. Pro tip: You do not need to print the confirmation in most cases – mobile confirmation is accepted at many locations (we’ll specify if a printout is required). Either way, you’ll have all the info you need, including the lot’s address, phone number, and instructions on where to park upon arrival .
Park and Ride: On your selected departure day, drive to the parking location you reserved. It’s a good idea to arrive a bit ahead of when you want to be at the airport – we recommend at least 15-20 minutes extra to park and catch the shuttle. Upon arrival, follow the posted signs to the designated OneStopParking area or go to the hotel front desk (as noted in your instructions). Park your car in the allowed area, and check in with any attendant or front desk if required. Then board the free shuttle to SDF. The shuttle driver or hotel staff will help with any guidance. Enjoy the short ride while knowing you saved money and skipped the stress of airport parking lots!
Fly with Confidence: While you’re traveling, your car is safely parked at the off-site lot. You don’t need to worry about it – the location is secure, and your reservation guarantees your spot is held throughout.
Shuttle Back & Go Home: When you return to Louisville, retrieve your luggage and then take the shuttle back to the parking lot to pick up your car. Each parking location has a slightly different procedure for return shuttle pickups: some have shuttles that run on a continuous loop, while others operate on-demand (you call for pickup). Your confirmation will tell you how to get the shuttle on return – often it’s as simple as calling the hotel front desk or a dedicated shuttle number, and a van will be dispatched right away to the airport pickup area. Shuttles usually pick up at the designated ground transportation or hotel shuttle pickup zone outside baggage claim. Within a few minutes, you’ll be back at the parking lot. Show your reservation receipt if needed (often not required if you have a hang-tag or check-out code, but have it handy just in case), then head home relaxed.

That’s it! The whole process is designed to be smooth and traveler-friendly. Thousands of people use OneStopParking every week across airports nationwide, and the steps for SDF are the same: book, park, shuttle, and fly. By following these steps, you’ll save money and time on your Louisville Airport parking. If you have any questions at any point, our customer support is just a call or email away to help.

Nearby Hotels with Shuttle Service

OneStopParking has partnered with several nearby hotels around Louisville Airport to offer convenient park-and-fly services. These hotel locations are all a short shuttle ride from SDF and offer free transportation to the terminals. Here are some of our trusted hotel partners for SDF parking and what they offer:

Hampton Inn Louisville Airport: Distance: Approximately 0.5 miles from SDF (just a 3-5 minute shuttle ride). Shuttle: Free 24/7 shuttle service is provided for OneStopParking customers . Simply park in the hotel lot and catch the shuttle anytime, day or night. The Hampton Inn’s lot is well-lit and monitored, giving you a secure spot close to the airport.
SpringHill Suites by Marriott Louisville Airport: Distance: About 1 mile from the terminals. Shuttle:Complimentary shuttle runs 24 hours on-demand . This means whenever you need a ride – whether at 4 AM for an early flight or midnight after a late arrival – the SpringHill Suites shuttle will take care of you. The parking area is in the hotel’s lot, which is safe and convenient. Check in at the front desk when you arrive, then board the shuttle to SDF.
Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville Airport: Distance: Roughly 1 mile away. Shuttle: Free shuttle service operates around the clock (24/7) on demand . The Residence Inn offers a spacious parking area and the comfort of a reputable Marriott property. You’ll park, call the shuttle (or coordinate at the desk) and get a quick ride straight to the airport entrance. It’s an excellent choice for both short trips and long-term parking, given the secure location.
Holiday Inn Express Louisville Airport: Distance: Just under 2 miles from SDF. Shuttle: Provided daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM . (Please note: This hotel’s shuttle does not run overnight – if you have a very early or late flight outside those hours, you can still park here, but you’d need to arrange your own transport to the airport during off hours, or choose another 24/7 shuttle location). For daytime travelers, the Holiday Inn Express is a great option – park in their lot any time (even if before/after shuttle hours) and take the free shuttle if your schedule aligns. The lot is secure and the hotel staff are used to assisting park-and-fly guests.
Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport (and others): The Crowne Plaza is another popular hotel right adjacent to the airport (it’s essentially across the street from the terminal). It often offers 24/7 shuttle service and a large parking area . While availability through OneStopParking may vary, it’s one of the closest off-site parking options when offered, with just a 2-3 minute shuttle trip. Other hotels in the airport vicinity, such as Fairfield Inn & Suites or Hilton Garden Inn, occasionally partner with parking services too – all aiming to provide travelers a reliable spot to leave their cars. Keep an eye on our listing page for Louisville to see which hotel partners are currently available for your dates.

All these hotels are well-reviewed for park and fly use. They understand the needs of travelers and strive to make the parking and shuttle experience as smooth as possible. You’ll benefit from amenities like clean restrooms in the lobby (handy if you need a pit stop), possibly a coffee bar or snack shop to grab something before your shuttle, and a comfortable waiting area if needed. The shuttles themselves are typically hotel passenger vans or minibuses that are clean and spacious, with room for luggage.

Note: Shuttle schedules can vary by location. While many of our partners offer 24/7 service, some have specific hours as noted. Be sure to check the shuttle operating times when you book. If your flight is very early or very late and a hotel’s shuttle doesn’t run at that time, either plan to use a rideshare/taxi for that short trip to or from the lot, or choose another partner with round-the-clock service. We list the shuttle hours for transparency, so you can make the best choice. Rest assured, even if you park at a location with limited shuttle hours, you are allowed to park or retrieve your car at any time– it’s just the shuttle that may not run outside set times.

By utilizing these nearby hotels for parking, you’re effectively getting the same convenience as official airport parking with added benefits. You’ll enjoy professional hospitality (if you need assistance, the hotel staff can help), and you’re supporting local businesses who partner with us. It’s truly a win-win scenario for both travelers and the community.

SDF Travel Tips

Arrive Early for Security: While SDF is a medium-sized airport, it can get busy during peak times. The TSA security checkpoint opens about 90 minutes before the first flight of the day and closes after the last flight departs . It’s recommended that travelers arrive at least 1 to 1.5 hours before domestic departures (and 2+ hours for international, if applicable) to allow time for parking, checking bags, and security screening. Early morning flights (especially between 5:30 AM and 7:00 AM on weekdays) are typically the busiest, as many business travelers head out at the start of the week . Expect longer lines at security during these morning rush periods and around holidays. SDF has a single, centralized security checkpoint that serves all gates in both concourses , so all passengers funnel through the same screening area. Once you’re through, getting to your gate is quick (the concourses are not very long), but give yourself that buffer of time so you’re not sprinting to B17 at the last minute.
Know the Airport Layout: Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport has one main terminal (Jerry E. Abramson Terminal) with two concourses: Concourse A and Concourse B, each with 12 gates . After you clear security in the central rotunda, Concourse A gates will be to your left and Concourse B to your right. The terminal isn’t huge – only 24 gates total – which makes navigation easy. Facilities like restrooms, eateries, and shops are available in both concourses. If you’re hungry or need a coffee, you’ll find options like Kentucky Ale Taproom, Chili’s Too, Starbucks, and others. There are also some Louisville-themed shops (you might notice the Louisville Slugger store and a Churchill Downs shop for Kentucky Derby memorabilia). Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminal, so you can catch up on emails or entertainment while waiting for your flight.
Flight Routes & Airlines: SDF may have “International” in its name, but the majority of flights are domestic. The airport offers nonstop flights to around 35 destinations in the U.S., plus a couple of international seasonal charters. Major carriers at SDF include Southwest Airlines (the largest carrier here), American Airlines, Delta, United, Spirit, and Allegiant. The busiest routes from Louisville are to major hub cities – for example, Atlanta is consistently the top destination (with multiple daily flights, mainly on Delta and Southwest), followed by routes like Dallas/Fort Worth, Charlotte, Chicago O’Hare, Denver, Orlando, etc. . If you’re flying to one of these popular cities, expect those flights to be in high demand, so consider booking early. Conversely, if you have a connection through one of those hubs, you’ll likely see plenty of fellow Louisvillians on your journey. Knowing your airline’s concourse can help: Southwest primarily uses Concourse B, American and Delta use Concourse A (and B for some regionals), but always check the monitors for gate assignments as they can change.
Parking vs. Drop-off Tips: If you’re using OneStopParking (or any off-site parking), factor in the short shuttle ride into your schedule. Shuttles near SDF typically take just 5-10 minutes to reach the terminal, but you might wait a few minutes for the shuttle to depart if it operates on a schedule. It’s still far quicker than remote economy lots at some larger airports. If someone is dropping you off or picking you up instead: SDF has a convenient cell phone lot(free waiting area) and a fairly straightforward road system for arrivals/departures. Curbside can get congested during peak times, but generally Louisville’s airport is easy to navigate by car. If you’re being picked up, tell your ride to use the cell phone lot until you have bags in hand, then meet at the arrivals curb.
Safety & Security: Louisville Airport is known for being efficient and safe. TSA wait times are usually moderate outside of peak rush. They do have TSA PreCheck lanes for eligible passengers which can speed things up. As of May 2025, remember that Real ID requirements are in effect – you’ll need a Real ID-compliant driver’s license or passport to fly domestically . Double-check your ID now to avoid any surprises at the checkpoint. In terms of health and safety, the airport continues regular cleaning protocols. You’ll find hand sanitizer stations and well-spaced seating. It’s always wise to keep your belongings in sight and exercise normal travel caution, but SDF is an airport where you can feel at ease.
Airport Amenities: If you have extra time, SDF offers some nice amenities. There are mobile charging stations and workstations if you need to get work done. Families traveling with kids will find a children’s play area in the terminal to burn off some energy before the flight. The airport is fully accessible, with elevators, ramps, and courtesy wheelchairs available (contact your airline or the airport in advance if you need special assistance). Also, SDF has a Military Welcome Center for active duty and retired military personnel and their families – a quiet spot to relax and enjoy refreshments. For those interested in aviation, large glass windows in Concourse B give a decent view of the tarmac where you might see various aircraft, including UPS cargo planes.
UPS Worldport (Fun Fact): You might notice an enormous complex on the airport grounds or see many UPS aircraft, especially late at night. That’s because SDF is home to UPS Worldport, the global air hub for UPS. In fact, Louisville is one of the busiest cargo airports in the world thanks to UPS operations . Cargo flights typically operate overnight, so they won’t interfere with passenger flight schedules. However, if you’re on a very late arrival or predawn departure, you might see a flurry of UPS jets coming and going in the distance. It’s a unique aspect of Louisville’s airport – the synergy of a major cargo operation alongside passenger services. For travelers, this mostly means the airport (and surrounding airspace) is busier at night, but noise is well-managed. It’s an interesting point of pride for the city and something you can mention when talking about your trip (“I flew out of Muhammad Ali International, where UPS has its Worldport!”).

By keeping these tips in mind, you’ll be well-prepared for a smooth trip through SDF. Louisville’s airport is user-friendly and with your parking sorted by OneStopParking, you’ve removed one of the biggest travel day worries. Now you can focus on enjoying your flight or getting to that important meeting on time.

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q: How does off-site parking through OneStopParking actually work at SDF?

A: It’s pretty simple! After you book a spot online with OneStopParking, you’ll park at the chosen hotel parking lot near SDF instead of at the airport itself. You’ll receive instructions in your confirmation email (like the lot address and where to check in). On the day of your flight, drive to that location, park in the designated area, and take the free shuttleprovided straight to the Louisville Airport terminal. When you return from your trip, call the shuttle (or wait at the scheduled pickup spot) to get a ride back to your car. Essentially, you’re using the hotel’s shuttle and lot as your airport parking – at a much lower cost than the on-airport lots. The process is seamless: park, shuttle, fly! And remember, your parking space is reserved and guaranteed when you book, so you won’t be driving around hunting for a spot.

Q: How much money can I save with OneStopParking versus parking at SDF’s official lots?

A: A lot! Louisville Muhammad Ali International’s on-site parking isn’t cheap: the main garage is about $20 per day and even the surface lot is $12/day . Our off-site SDF parking rates start as low as around $3.95–$5 per day depending on the location and date. Even when you factor in a few extra minutes for the shuttle, the savings are substantial – often 50-70% cheaper than parking at the airport. For example, a 5-day trip in the airport’s surface lot would cost you $60; with OneStopParking you might pay under $25 total. Over a week or two-week vacation, the difference can be $100 or more back in your pocket. Plus, we don’t charge administrative fees or taxes on top – it’s all included in our quoted price. If you’re a frequent flyer out of SDF, the savings really add up every time you use our cheap SDF parking deals.

Q: Is the shuttle really free and available 24/7? What if I have a very early or late flight?

A: Yes, all our partner locations provide a free shuttle to SDF, and many run 24/7. “24/7 on demand” means no matter when your flight is, you can get a shuttle – typically you just request it at the front desk or call and a driver will take you, even at 3 AM. Some locations have shuttles that run every 15-30 minutes on a schedule, 24 hours a day. A few hotels have more limited shuttle hours (for instance, 7 AM – 11 PM); if you’re flying at a time outside a particular hotel’s shuttle hours, you have a couple options: either choose a different partner with round-the-clock service, or you could use a rideshare/taxi for one leg of the trip. But in most cases, you’ll find a 24-hour shuttle option. Check the shuttle info during booking – we list it for each location. The bottom line is we ensure you can get to and from the airport easily, regardless of your flight time. And there’s no extra charge for the shuttle – it’s included in your parking reservation.

Q: Do I need to reserve in advance, or can I just show up at a hotel to park?

A: To take advantage of OneStopParking’s rates and guarantee a spot, you should reserve in advance. Our special rates are pre-negotiated and the parking lots have a limited number of spaces for our customers. If you show up without a reservation, the hotel may turn you away or charge a higher drive-up rate (if they even allow drive-up parking at all). Booking online secures your spot and locks in the cheap price. It literally takes just a minute or two to book on your phone or computer. We recommend reserving as early as possible, especially during holiday travel periods or derby season when spots can sell out. OneStopParking lets you book weeks or even months ahead for peace of mind. That said, if you have a last-minute trip, you can often book the same day as well, as long as there’s availability. In summary: yes, reserve in advance – it guarantees your parking space and is required to use our partner locations.

Q: What is the cancellation policy if my travel plans change?

A: We know that plans can change unexpectedly. OneStopParking offers one of the most flexible cancellation policies in the industry. You can cancel your reservation any time up to (and including) the day of your scheduled arrival and receive a FULL refund . There’s no cancellation fee and no questions asked. Simply cancel through our website (or email our support) before your reservation start time, and you’ll get your money back. This is a big advantage over some other services which might charge a fee or only give credit for cancellations. With us, you have peace of mind that if your trip is postponed or canceled, you won’t be out-of-pocket for parking you don’t use. (Just note that we can’t cancel after the reservation start date passes, except in special circumstances if you purchased optional trip protection.) But up until the moment your booking begins, you’re free to cancel free of charge. We also allow free date modifications – if you need to shift your schedule by a day or two and the same location is available, we can adjust that for you (or you can cancel and rebook as needed). Our goal is to be customer-friendly and flexible, so you’re not penalized for things beyond your control.

Q: How do I find the shuttle when I return to Louisville?

A: When you get back to SDF after your trip, retrieving your car is straightforward. In your reservation details, we include instructions for pickup. Generally, you’ll do the following: After landing, collect your luggage at baggage claim, then step outside to the ground transportation area (also known as the hotel shuttle pickup zone). There will be signs for hotel shuttles. Depending on the location, either the shuttle runs on a loop and will swing by (in which case look for the shuttle/van with the hotel’s name), or you’ll call the parking location to request pickup. For example, if you parked at the Hampton Inn, you’d call their front desk at the number provided (say, 502-xxx-xxxx) and let them know you’re ready for pickup; they’ll dispatch the driver to come get you, usually within 10 minutes. Many shuttles pick up outside the lower level baggage claim – look for a sign that lists hotel shuttles or ask any airport staff if unsure. We also recommend, before you travel, to keep your parking confirmation email handy (save it on your phone or print it out) – it has the contact info you’ll need. In short, finding the shuttle is easy: go to the designated shuttle area and either wait for the clearly marked hotel shuttle or call as instructed. Soon enough, you’ll be on your way back to your car.

Q: Is my car safe at an off-site hotel parking lot?

A: Absolutely. We only partner with secure, reputable hotels and parking facilities that have good safety records. These parking lots are typically in safe, busy areas (hotel grounds) and are patrolled by hotel security or monitored by staff. They are well-lit at night, often fenced or with controlled access, and in many cases have surveillance cameras. In contrast to some remote airport economy lots, a hotel lot usually has people coming and going at all hours (guests, shuttles, staff), which provides natural security. You should take the same common-sense precautions as anywhere – lock your doors, don’t leave visible valuables in the car – but you can feel confident that your vehicle will be in the same condition when you return as when you left it. We have many repeat customers specifically because they feel comfortable with the safety of our locations. If you have any specific concerns (for instance, if you’re leaving a luxury vehicle or have special instructions), you can even speak to the lot attendant or hotel staff when you arrive. They’re there to help. Rest assured, vehicle security is a top priority for us and our partners.

Q: What if my return flight is delayed and I end up needing to park longer than I reserved?

A: We understand that delays happen. If you end up returning later than expected and your car stays parked a bit longer than your reservation, don’t panic – your car won’t be towed or anything drastic. Generally, the way it works is you’ll simply pay the difference for the extra hours or days you parked. For example, if you reserved until Friday but your flight got pushed to Saturday, the hotel may charge you their daily rate for that extra day when you check out. It’s usually a reasonable rate, but it could be slightly higher than the OneStopParking rate (since our rates are pre-discounted). We advise that you contact our customer support or the parking location as soon as you know about a significant delay or extension. Often, we can extend your reservation for you (charging you the same daily rate you originally paid) so that everything is squared away. Communication is key – we’re here to help and the lots prefer to know if your car will be there longer. Minor delays of a few hours typically incur no charge or just a small additional fee. Major extensions (like several days) will incur additional fees, but we’ll work to keep it as low-cost as possible. The main point: your parking spot is still secure until you return, and your car will be fine. Just settle the balance of any extra time at the end. OneStopParking’s customer service will assist if needed to make it a smooth process.
