I have a 21 foot work van that they accommodated on a recent need for airport parking. Very easy, very close to the airport, friendly shuttle bus service. Will definitely use this again!

I really like parking here because I feel safe leaving my car there and I feel safe getting in & out of my car. It's never busy and the shuttle is always available and on time!!

Had to wait 20 min in cold at airport for ride

The parking option was most convenient and cost within reason. Shuttle was right there as needed, The going and coming drivers were helpful and most polite .

I waited 30 minutes for the shuttle driver to come. It was not the same driver as last time. The concierge had to phone him at least twice, and when he finally showed up, he did not help me with my bags. He did not open the back, so I had to awkwardly stuff my bags on the seats next to me. He said that he was in a hurry to pick up another group of people at the airport, so he was going to drop me off at arrivals, not departures. I didn't even bother tipping him. It was really bad service. I am going to just try my hand at airport parking next time.

I’ve parked my car at the hotel several times before going on trips and it’s always gone smoothly. The shuttles take you to and from the airport in a timely manner. Sometimes they’re already at the airport when I come back, but a couple of times I had to call the hotel and a shuttle came within a decent amount of time. 👍🏽
