The customer service was amazing, the outside in parking lot needs a refresher, but everything was smooth

The parking availability at the BW is very convenient. The onestop site indicates there is no shuttle, but that is not correct. The shuttle to the airport was vary responsive and the shuttle was at the airport when we returned. Parking at the BW was as convenient as the remote parking at the airport

Excellent pickup timing.

Tried 5 times upon arrival at 11:30 PM for shuttle pickup with a voice recording of no one available to speak to. Forced to take an Uber and when attempting to speak to the front desk mgr. there was a hand written note to call a number for service. Tried twice to call the next day but no one would return my calls. Really poor customer service and will never use them again!

Close to the airport. The shuttle leaves when you are ready, and picks you up quickly too. Everyone we dealt with was excellent.

Never, EVER, consider using this parking service. The daily rate was good, but the front desk held me up for $20 - cash - to use the shuttle. When we returned, I called the hotel 10x to get pickup. No answer. Had to take an Uber (for too much money) to the hotel to retrieve the car. I discovered the hotel was under remodel. No staff anywhere. The hotel knew the date and time of my return and chose to not be available. One Stop reimbursed me for the extra expenses.

Great airport parking find. Excellent daily and long term rate.. Shuttle easily available to and from airport. Staff friendly, courteaous and helpful. Will continue to use this facility. Make sure you contacta this specific PLUS Best Western hote close to Richamond VA airport.

It was a very easy transition & everything was quick & the front desk was very welcoming

This location did not have staffing to ensure timely shuttle pick up. Waited 30 minutes to get picked up in cold after call.

When called for a pickup from the airport, the Van driver complained he was just here. When he finally did come, he stayed behind the wheel and never offered to help load the luggage into the back of the van. When queried about his behavior, he said he was quitting. Very poor service for the first time in four years.

When we parked the car, the shuttle driver was available to take us to the airport, so worked out well. When we arrived, the flights were delayed. It was cold, and shuttle took a bit long to arrive, making me rethink about parking in the Airport economy lot, as they have plenty of shuttles available at the airport almost all the time, especially in the night. Important: If your flight is delayed beyond midnight, you may have to take an Uber to go to the parking lot, which would be cost prohibitive.

I will never park my car at that Best Western again. First of all. I thought it would be more professional than it was. We go there at 3:45 am. There was no one at the front desk. I was a random person sitting in the corner near where breakfast is served drinking something. As I approached the front desk he gets up and asked if he could help me. I told him I made a reservation to park my car and fo how long. I filled out the paperwork. Waited till 4 am. That same man just grabbed his keys and said you ready. We put our bags in the car and we left. I asked him who was gonna watch the front? He said i left my number. I will only be gone 10 minutes. I get back from my trip. I call the hotel 15 TIMES NO ANSWER!!! I had to call a uber pay $17 to go 5 minutes around the street. When I got there it was two people working. They said the phones were down. I told them the should have a separate number for shuttle pick up. Demanded my uber money back plus tip. He gave it to me. I left. NEVER AGAIN!!! Sometimes paying to park at the airport and paying more is worth it.

It was worth the price. Lot was full and had to park in the back in the dark at 5 am. Creepy but was worth the $. Shuttle service was very responsive and convenient.

Hotel did not pick up phone for request to shuttle back after flight. Called about 6 times in 45 minutes with no answer. Had to uber to the hotel from the airport
