The DFW Sheraton no longer accepts your service! They told me that they cut ties with you back in February. I expect a FULL REFUND! And you had better taken them off your list of options!

Staff was excellent

The location is easy to find and close to the airport. I was able to leave it near the entrance of the hotel, so I felt safe in terms of SECURITY. I will use it again.

I’ve used this hotel for airport parking for the last few years. It’s always timely.

Dispatcher was rude had to call back several times for pick up driver arrival an hour later

I had a great experience parking at this location. It was convenient and easy. Customer service was helpful. The only problem I had is when I returned the shuttle bus driver passed me up and I end up having to wait longer because he had to drive all the way back around the airport in order to come back and pick me up. Other than that I would use their services again.

Had to wait over an hour for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport.

The shuttle came fast to pick us up. The car was safe and wasn’t touched and the drivers was were nice and quick!

Normally I park on the south side of dfw. This time the price was worth going to the North. Excellent service both departing and returning from dfw. Waited less than 10min. Great Job.

The shuttle time is exceeding long - leaving only on the hour and can take 25 minutes for appropriate terminal arrival. Depending on flight departure, have no choice to either arrive to the airport extremely early or end up late. Terminal pickup back to the lot was also slow, taking 30 minutes for the pickup and another 20 minutes driving to different terminals before returning to the Sheraton parking lot.

I went out of town for 7 days, (week of Christmas) returned and found out my truck had been stolen (04 dodge pick up), I would also like to add that the shuttle to return from the airport took an hour not 30 mins like front desk told me. When I asked the front desk for help, they couldn’t even find my slip I filled out before my departure. The slip that asks for name, when you’re expected to return, make/model of vehicle etc.. I’m a pretty positive person and understand this wasn’t the fault of the staff however, I do find it ironic that my vehicle was stolen and my slip with my information wasn’t filed like the rest. I parked right in front of the hotel, but this was also a blind spot.. the person that stole my truck had it at least four- five days before his arrest. I give this place zero stars for a park and fly..

Affordable parking close to airport with shuttle service, the shuttle service took about 30 min to pick us up from the airport

The experience, while it being very short it was great . Will be parking here again in the future

I really prefer parking at the Sheraton. Their parking lot is leveled and there is proper lighting.
