This is a scam parking lot. This address did not match the photo and there was no location of a parking lot when we went to park. We had to find a new parking option in a panic so we didn't miss our flight. Absolutely terrible!

I arrived at the assigned location to find a van and driver the driver informed me that the lot was full. I was directed to a Motel 6 and told they would honor my reservation (prepaid) . They also said there was no space available. I tried to call the number on my reservation sheet, no answer. Needless to say I was very dis-satisfied. Needless to say that I didn't use your service, but found other accomodations and almost missed my flight, This is terrible service. I want a refund to my credit card.

Super sketchy parking meeting is Autozone. Takes keys. Got key returned with oil all over it, and now several damage with my suv!!! And did not get returned for coming back early. Not okay. Do not park here.

Overall, my experience was better than expected. I pulled into the lot and initially was a bit hesitant and contemplated the legitimacy of the service but decided not to overthink it. I handed off my key and The shuttle was available to us immediately for both departure and arrival. The drop off/pick up process is very quick and the lot is not gated which is why I questioned whether it was legit, but I was pleased with the service.

Way to difficult to find. Providing the customer with the correct address/ location would be helpful. Also, a sign by the AUTO ZONE entrance would help. People at the 21104 address given keep getting pissed off your customers go there! That is entirely within your control to easily fix. The business card given out does not match the name on the shuttle (I recognized it only by the phone #). Otherwise, drivers were great, very courteous. I would use this service again (now knowing where to find it).

My dad recommended One Stop to us when we were parking for a recent trip. Traveling with three kids under six is never easy. The valet at One Stop was helpful and allowed us to drive our car to the airport, remove the car seats, and then shuttled our driver back. He knew we were running late and did everything he could to make the experience seamless. We really appreciated the help and flexibility!!

We were initially a bit concerned, because the deal seemed too good to be true. But it was as affordable and as easy as it appeared. We will definitely use them again.

Parking was cheap, but an extra 20 miles was put on the car and trash accidentally left on the bumper

We arrived at the lot later than we wanted because we got held at the Blaine border from Canada and we were rushing at 4am in the morning. It was dark and difficult to find the lot—we drove by it a few times. The signage was really poor. When we called, the man on the other line answered right away but just lectured us for being late and difficult to understand The lot was gated and lock and there were no signs to show us where to go. They didn’t ask for confirmation number just had us fill out a form with our departure/arrival info, car description and phone number. Gave them our keys and we were shuttled to the airport 5-10 min. The driver told us to remember where we got dropped off as it’s where we will be picked up. On the way home, thet answered right away when we called and waited 15 for pick up. Had to wait a few minutes to get our car because the lot was full and they had to move a few cars to get to ours. They didn’t even ask for ID just the color make and model of the vehicle. It was $56 canadian. They could be better with communication, signage and vehicle tracking. Other than that I felt that the vehicle was secure in the lot and they were prompt.

Good service, but lot is unmarked and crowded.

The cost of airport parking is insane and this is the cheapest I could find. It is several miles from the airport but the route is direct and doesn't take that long. The shuttle is clean and the driver/attendant is polite. I prepaid on the internet which saved money and made the process very easy. My only real complaint was that I had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to come get me when I returned.

As soon as we pulled up they had us in the shuttle and on our way with no hassle or delays. Very efficient and friendly place to park.

At first look conspicuous as lot was hard to find. Driver very friendly, no nonsense and helpful. Car was safe, fenced and monitored lot, and price was great! Would do it again

Inexpensive is the key. However, Shuttle service back from the airport was discouraging. Called when we got bags. Ask for pick up where we got dropoped off. Got a call back to move to different location on same pickup loop. After a half hour still no pick up.....called again. Finally arrived at car 50 minutes after calling the first time...grumpy.

Awesome place to park your car

There was no sign any where and the lot was not well kept. Looked more like junk yard. However people working were friendly and courteous.

They got us to the airport,on time and picked us up in a timely fashion. Nor as fancy as some of the other lots but worked great.

Our driver was the best. He made a 4 am flight a good thing! Thankyou Mr Louisiana ?? You are a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day??I would use sea tac parking by one stop again for sure!
