I had a. Very bad experience at Motel 6. They had the best rate and all seemed well until I returned home and no bus showed up. After trying 2 phone numbers at the airport pickup island and Google Maps said neither number was valid I took cab for $25. They refused to give me a refund.

The lot is not very difficult to find but you have to make sure to enter the correct address - there is more than one Motel 6 in the area. You are parking at a fence under trees, so your car will get a bit dirty if parked for an extended period of time. It was perfect for our old car, but I would not have felt comfortable with a more valuable car. In terms of safety - the police station is across the street, not that I expect that to deter thieves, but the area is safe. Checking in was fast and easy - got a note for the dashboard and was told where to park. That's it. Although it is stated that the shuttle only runs once an hour, we were immediately taken to the airport after we dropped off the car. The driver almost missed the exit twice but we got to the airport fine. On the return trip we had to wait for only 10 minutes after we called in. Maybe we were lucky since a couple of people were dropped off when we were picked up. Still, great service - dropped us off right at our car in under 10 minutes. Would park here again for the price.

Motel 6 is the finest parking lot when you fly and would like to have a hid around privacy, unlike other parking lot that you are exposed to the public, thank you motol 6 for having an excellent female front lady that are with feelings I know I am safe and so the vehicle I park at your parking lot,

Motel 6 now it is horrible.On  19 May 2026, after returning from SFO to SEA Airport at 10:15 AM, we called Motel 6 for the airport shuttle. The receptionist was very rude on the phone. We waited for teo hours in the cold parking lot at SEA Airport, but the shuttle never arrived.We called four times, every time we got answer  shuttle  in the way will be reach in 10 to 15 minutes and eventually the receptionist stopped answering our calls. Finally, we had to take an Uber to the motel.It was a very disappointing experience, especially after waiting so long in the cold weather. In the future, I will never use Motel 6 again

Tried calling several times, with no answer. Took Uber to pickup car. Counter rep at Motel told me phone not working because internet is down. Really! Can't afford a land line.

The driver of the shuttle service was awesome but the front desk morning girl was not as she made us wait in the cold weather for more than half hour each time we call for pick up. Also, this hotel charges for each day not by the hour where I've been paying for one extra day for more than a year. This was my only choice of parking when I book through onestopparking.com since the other two parking are always sold out.

The shuttle was timely and the driver was great.

Shuttle drivers are awesome and friendly. When come to being picked up, Tina Marie at the front desk made us wait more than half hour at the SEATAC island 3A to schedule the driver to pick us up at 10 am when we called at 9:30 am. It was a very cold morning and the driver told us that he was waiting around until he got the text from Tina for 10 am pick up which took 10 more minutes for him to reach the airport. That was not cool and we were freezing with runny noses along with cold hands. Not sure if we will park here again in the future.

Receptionist seemed disengaged, chewing gum and not very friendly. Pickup took an hour and the lot is 10 mutes away. Driver was friendly.

Great customer service. Shuttle drivers friendly, helpful, punctual. Close to freeway and airport.

3 phone calls and 40 min wait to be picked up at airport!

Traffic caused us to be much later than expected and they went out of their way to get us to the airport quickly.

The shuttle service was much better this time around and will park here again.

Motel is very close to airport, took few minutes to go to airport. Just showed them booking email and they gave me parking pass.

Lot is close to highway and airport; shuttle drivers were friendly.

Staff on arrival gave me incorrect written info, resulting in the return shuttle not picking us up after waiting an hour. When I contacted them they told me “tough luck” and there was nothing they could do, pick up wasn’t an option. I paid $35 for a 3 minute cab ride to the lot just to find the shuttle driver standing there oblivious and totally available. Desk staff acknowledged the error but said that there was nothing they could do. 1/10 - would NOT recommend.

The shuttle driver had to stop working for some reasons during shuttle hours, which I understand happens, but Motel 6! would not refund the 21 dollars I had to pay for a taxi In the end, we could have paid for a taxi to and from the house and it would have been more convenient - same price and much faster. Onestop parking said they would help if I had a taxi receipt but of course the taxi driver only had a business card with a number that no one answers. It was a frustrating experience. I still have hope ones too could come through. But it has been 36 hours now since I heard from them.
