Was told shuttle wasn’t running. Crew disorganized and unaware how to handle a reservation ticket

No issues, this is my second time parking my vehicle there.

In general, I had a good experience with LAZ and I would use them again. However, a few things could improve: The shuttle could pick us up/drop off at the garage rather than around the corner. It was very cold and we needed to wait outside for 20 min for the shuttle. They give you a card to show when you pick up the car (when you drop it off). After a long trip, I was not able to find the ticket and I needed to fill out paperwork to get the car (it was a hassle for me and the attendant). The information should be texted or emailed to you (we are in 2024 not 1984).

I Was not allowed to park there the manager said we do not accept commercial vehicles.

Laz - Queens Crossing only runs one shuttle an hour. If that shuttle is full you have to wait another hour, to get the next one. If you're departing LaGuardia you may have to get a taxi if you can't get on the next shuttle. This place may be inexpensive but you get what you pay for. We will not be using this parking garage ever again. It was a frustrating experience on both ends of our trip.

Terrible! Waiting over 2 hours for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport never showed. I had to take an Uber. They couldn’t find my car took them forever to get my car when I arrived at the lot. Would never use again

Good parking location and customer service from the staff

I reserved well in advance. I arrived at the parking lot at 9:45 AM for my 1:00 PM flight - thankfully!!! The parking fee included shuttle to/from LaGuardia. When the lot Attendant contacted the shuttle, the shuttle said he'd be there . . . at 1:30 PM !!! 30 minutes AFTER my flight !!! I had to scramble, get an UBER, PAY FOR THE UBER, and I made my flight. But thats not what I paid for. NOT HAPPY. STAY AWAY!!!

I think the shuttle bus should start its drop off to the airport at 6:00am. Also, the shuttle bus should run every half hour not every hour.

I came early with plenty of time before the shuttle and they told me the shuttle was full. Though I had registered prior and put in my flight time, so they knew when I was coming and when I would need a spot on the shuttle. When I asked if they could call another one they said no and that the next shuttle would not be for another which was too late and would cause me to miss my flight. Two other customers were in the same position as me and we were forced to take a $30 Uber to our terminals. I would like financial compensation as a result of this situation. Thank you.

The customer service and parking attendant were great and friendly. Shuttle service was excellent and fast. Overall great service

If you miss the shuttle you have end up paying $20 for Uber to go to airport, Due to traffic was not able to arrive on time an hour shuttle window, I arrived 9:05 and shuttle left and while arrival I arrived 12:10 and again I waited in airport for 1 hour to get the shuttle it’s such a painful experience

We forgot our language at the garage, but the staff was very good and kept it safe,but calling the office to get to speak to someone at the garage was a waste of time we had to go to the garage to get the luggage.But it was there safe and sound.

Unfortunately, this parking facility uses a third-party airport shuttle service (Hyatt hotel). Upon arrival, I was told that the shuttle comes to the parking garage once an hour. I did not remember this information when booking... and it would have been helpful, as we waited almost an hour down in the garage. The real nightmare was our return back from the airport after our vacation. I had been given a number with an extension to call upon return, which I thought was a direct line to the shuttle driver or the parking facility. It was neither! The extension was irrelevant and the call always went directly to the hotel. My goal was to communicate to the driver ASAP in case the shuttle happen to be at the airport already. Sure enough, it was. Because there was no communication, the shuttle literally came and left as we were walking out to the pick up area. We waited approximately an hour and a half, standing outside at the LaGuardia Airport shuttle area. I think the hotel did eventually communicate with the driver, but it made no difference. This parking strategy does not deviate from its system. Lastly, when we finally got dropped off back at the garage... the shuttle left immediately without picking up a person who was waiting to go to the airport. What? It's as if the hotel shuttle is purposely trying to be as incovenient and unthoughtful as possible to the parking facility patrons. Oh well, if you choose this airport parking option be prepared to wait... and wait...

Reservation process was a breeze. Price was less expensive than doing two Ubers so we gave it a shot. There was some initial confusion between attendants and I regarding how to summon Hyatt shuttle to pick us up. Ultimately it worked out (we were picked up w/in 10 minutes). Smoother process from LGA back to lot. Wait for pick up was approx. 20-30 minutes. Bottom line: As long as you’re willing to be somewhat patient, go for it. Will likely use again.

The drivers were personable and helpful! The text messaging service works! Shuttle wait time has room for improvement.
