The actual location was rated in my review. Using the OneStop web site is NOT recommended. .y reservation was not recognized by the company and I had to pay an additional 40 dollars to be served. Constant communication with OneStop has NOT gotten my money as a refund back.

I felt so bad for the shuttle driver - there was only one of him and many people needing rides. I ended up taking a Lyft to pick up my car because it was 3 am and I was not able to get on your shuttle for over a hour and a half. When we pulled in I noticed a huge bus that could have easily accompanied more people and shortened the wait time at the airport I don’t know why your company wasn’t using it or have a second driver to help- we pre book so the owner should have stepped up and drove if necessary

I arrived when I said that I would arrive and once I checked in and received my ticket I got into line to get on the shuttle. The shuttle loaded up and left while several of us had to wait until that shuttle returned from the airport. The entire process took about 30 minutes. Apparently, they do not have enough staff to handle the shuttle driving.

Easy to find and well run.

The name on the side of the van is different than the name on your receipt/parking pass. It was almost impossible to find the place as there is no sign and no lights were on. (It was early morning and dark) They lost my key and the car next to mine inside the cars and had to search with a flashllight to find them. The person looking for the key did not speak english so I could not communicate with him. I waited at the airport for 1 hour and 10 minutes to get a shuttle back to get my car. I called them multiple times to get help. I will never park here again.

My only complaint is the poor marking of the shuttle. I did not drop off the car so I didn't take the shuttle to the airport. other companies had distinct logos or names clearly marked. This shuttle blue with a single "B". My claim ticket was yellow with BMI clearly marked. I had to ask the driver if I was on the right shuttle. You need a logo with a mascot.

For years my wife and I would park here. Coming home we were at the Aruba airport at 9 in the morning. We landed in MCO at 9:15 on American Airlines which is terminal B. We got our luggage and went down to terminal. I called in and gave our pin. We waited 30 min. and I decided to call. I was on phone waiting and listening to a recording every minute and then all of a sudden the fax came on. So now I’m really upset. My wife saw on the bottom of the ticket we had to go to terminal A. We went up to the 3rd floor walked across the damn airport with all our luggage which I have major health issues. We got to the terminal and the driver said he was full and he’d be back. Needless to say 25 minutes later another shuttle came. We waited 1.5 hrs. if not longer. When I got to the lot I went in to talk to the manager and there was a kid there. I explained what happened and he pointed to the bottom of the ticket. I have a deposit down on another reservation for Dec. 2nd and I told him I want to cancel it and wanted a refund. He said he had to get the manager to do it. After 15 minutes I was exhausted I said forget it I’ll call Amex and dispute it for refund. I have never had an experience like this before. We were very loyal customers but because of terminal A pick up only and running a business like Disney (Mickey Mouse) we will never be back. Also work with your employees on how to be more sympathetic to the customer needs. Nobody even apologized.

I love how close it is to the airport and even live the side of the road it is on. The big plus is they park your car for you! So you know exactly where your keys are! They make it to you pretty quick at the airport so that’a where they win with me. Oh yea when you arrive to the lot your car is already pulled up with the keys inside so there is no further need to go inside or do anything! I travel for work and I’ll have my secretary book this lot every time moving forward! Thank you for making it all so seamless!

I rated BMI Group a 3 star overall just a month ago. I mentioned that they could speed up their shuttle drop off and pick up times and in just 1 month...they did! We arrived and checked in at the counter, loaded our bags in the shuttle (that was running and waiting for us), and we were on the road to the airport in about 5 minutes! Very impressive! We also got picked up in about 15 minutes of calling them to tell them we had landed, and were at the designated pick up area. This has been the fastest service time yet. So thankful for the quick service. The only reason I'm rating this a 4.0 and not a 5.0 is because our van was (again) covered in ants. We keep our van very very clean and detail it regularly, but we had to kill about 20+ ants that found their way into our vehicle from the parking lot. This is not a huge deal to us, but is a slight turn off - especially when ants are crawling up your leg while your driving home. Also, we know where this lot is because we always use BMI (because of affordability and distance to the airport (7 min shuttle ride), but BMI used to have a big sign on the side of the road, so we knew when and where to turn, but the sign is gone, and we have found ourselves almost driving by it twice now. The company could definitely benefit from a better street presence for sure.

We usually book our offsite parking through BMI.T he only reason we use them time and time again is because they are always the cheapest lot around and its not a far shuttle to the terminal. They are fairly timely with checking you in and shuttling you to the airport. From the moment you park your car, load the shuttle, and leave the lot - it's taken us as short as 5 minutes and as long as 25. However, the pickup times from the airport back to the parking lot are very slow. We typically wait on average 25-50 minutes after calling them to inform them we've arrived and are ready to be picked up. It only takes the shuttle 7-8 minutes to get from the parking lot to the pickup location. Our family isn't really in a hurry to get home, but waiting close to an hour isn't that fun after a long plane ride. For us - the savings outweighs the time spent waiting (but this company could definitely improve their pickup speed for sure).

How can I complain for the low prices they charge? Yeah, the lot is unpaved, the car was returned disgustingly dirty, and we had to wait for the shuttle, but this place costs less than a third of the airports’ cheap lot. How can I complain?
