Overall very good parking for the price. The lines and subsequent wait times for the shuttle from the Airport back to ParkDIA was very long...over 40 minutes and 3 shuttle busses later.

Friendly and easy to use

The shuttles going both to and from the parking lot were relatively timely, but there was a long line when I departed and when I returned, so I had to wait between 10 and 20 minutes.

We had a flight at 5am. We get to ParkDIA and they were completely full. They lied and told us that there was available parking down the road and that they would reimburse us. 1) that other parking lot was full 2) they in no way were related to ParkDIA and would not refund us. We were put out last minute and almost missed our flight. The only parking available was $20+ per day and we were gone for a week. We had to pay that on top of the useless parking we had to pay for. Never planning on parking there again.

Paid online, got to the parking lot 2.5 hours before my flight and was refused entry. Apparently they stopped accepting third party online payments that day. Said they sent an email, never received one and was left to figure out where to park with very little time left before my flight. Not something you want to deal with hours before your flight when you thought you had parking set up (and paid for). Still can’t believe they did that.

Convenient. But on my way to the airport, the driver forgot to give us the slip of paper saying where we parked. So coming back I had to recall where my car was. Good thing I remembered the letter and row. This wasn’t the first time the drivers forget to give the passengers the piece of paper for the exact location.

Park DIA was not prepared for holiday weekend. Long wait times in between shuttles.

I park at Park DIA often. This time they went above and beyond. My flight came in at midnight and when I got to my car it was dead. The supervisor on duty was Brenda and she was so kind and helpful making sure that I could get back on the road. One of the employees helped me jump my car. So thankful for such great customer service.

Everything was excellent. Always going to use.

The shuttle driver told me he couldn’t take me To my truck I stood outside for 30 minutes after I called three times for a pick up the driver did not know what he was doing

I loved it. I wasn't worried about my car and it was truly door to door service. It was a great experience and relatively cheap. I will definitely be using this lot again.
