Way too long to get picked up from sea port. Over an hour wait and we were lucky as at beginning of line. Others waited longer for sure. Need more shuttles. Will never use again.

My wife and I had to wait for more than two hours after flying from Iceland because someone thought it was a good idea to put our car key into a locked office without giving access to the employee! I’ve used you guys a lot and have never had a problem, but when a manager was finally called (after three of us looked for the keys on the board), she proceeded to look on the board for another 20 minutes instead of checking in the office first, wasting more time after a long flight with two hours to drive to get home. When I asked for a partial refund, she asked if I’d already paid, and when I said yes, she just turned around and went and got my car. Whoever the owner is, please empower your workers to address problems on the spot. I felt bad for the guy at the counter who said it was his first day, and the driver was great, but neither of them had the ability to look in the office, which took two minutes! Sorry you just lost a repeat customer and good tipper, all for bad management.

The location was a bit difficult to find and the distance to Liberty Seaport was quite a bit far.

This was my family and my first experience using Park2Go. It was easy to find, they gave me a ticket, I gave them the car keys. The nice man loaded our belongings and we headed to the port. The drive definitely took a lot longer than expected, but the man was very kind and helpful. After the cruise, it was important to get off the ship and on the road in a timely fashion due to scheduling with my parent’s dog sitter. We called as instructed to do and the van was already in the parking lot ready to pick up whoever was getting off the ship. We were ready to go and we were made to wait a good 20ish minutes for more people to get off. Other van companies came and went as we stood outside the Park2Go van waiting to leave. We finally left and the man was kind and got us back to our car quickly (way faster than when we were going to port). When we got there to get our keys there were a lot of people in the office doing the same. Two men were not happy because Park2Go lost their keys. We had to wait 20ish more minutes while they ran around trying to find this man’s keys. While waiting I noticed there were keys everywhere! On the desk, in a box, hanging all over the walls. The organization was concerning as we waiting for our keys. While waiting we found our keys and were tired of waiting. We asked the man if we could please have them because we had to get my parent’s dog for the sitter. As nice as they were, I think I’d probably use a different transportation next cruise.

wouldn't use them again no matter how much money I saved. A "port-a potty" for a bathroom facility?? Are you joking? What an insult to women especially those over 40! Except for the wait, the ride to the ship was ok, but long. Coming back was horrible. We called for our ride, and the gal who answered didn't seem to know what she was doing. We had misplaced the stub, and she couldn't find us in the computer, so she said she'd look. We were trying to tell her to come and get us now, and we could cross the stub problem when we got there but our call was "disconnected". So we called again and they said they would pick us up but they gave us the wrong info on where to meet. So we waited for about 45 minutes while I wandered around in 100 degree heat looking for the van, and finally found it. My advice is avoid this place and remember the old adage...you get what you pay for.

Very fast from when i entered to when i returned. Shuttle nonstop to port and on return. I called and they were already there waiting!!

Lot was very full when we pulled in but we paid for inside parking so we parked up front to unload then they moved car inside. Shuttle was ready when we unloaded. When we needed picked up we called and it too them about 30mins to get us. Very good experience would definitely recommend and will use again.

drop off was easy. shuttle was reasonably quick. driver was very experienced. The shuttle AC wasn't working.

Affordable option for long term parking for port liberty cruise! Will use this lot again!

Everything went like it was supposed to. Within 15 minutes of arriving were were on the shuttle heading to the ship. When we returned, the shuttle was waiting on us as we exited the ship and within 15 minutes of arriving at the lot we were back on the road. The shuttle driver is top notch.

Great option for parking. A little difficult to find, but once you're there, they have great signage & announcements. Shuttle brought us directly to the cruise port. Upon returning, a van was there within 10 min but already had people in the van & did not pick any of us up claiming a shuttle is on it's way & will be here in 10 minutes. Therefore, why even stop there?? It took almost 40min for a van to arrive which isn't unreasonable if we weren't told one would be there in 10min. Would definitely use the service again.

We used this service as an option to parking at the Bayonne Cruise Port. It was a solid option, we waited about 40 minutes for the shuttle to come get us and drop us off at the port, but on the way home the shuttle was already at the lot waiting for us.

Shuttle driver was great. Service was great as well. Place was easy to find and not far from port or airport.

Park2Go was a great location to park our car to get to the Port Liberty Terminal. The drivers were courteous. The office smelled like POT and could use a very big update. I would park there again if needed.

Driver was very polite and kind. Good driver Would use park2go again and would definitely recommend
