Drop off and stay were straightforward. Pickup revealed some significant communication problems with either the desk or the shuttle. Called a total of three times. The first time the desk said he was on his way. The second was to clarify the pickup area, since there were two areas, but the desk wasn’t sure which area was the pickup - possibly both? The third, after 25+ min, found the shuttle again at the motel reportedly having had go somewhere else, but leaving in a few minutes for the 7 minute drive. Nearly 20 min later, nearly 50 minutes after our first call, shuttle arrived with no explanation or apology for the delay. When asked, driver said he had only been told we were there a few minutes earlier. Every other car parking service had been there 2-4 times and each hotel shuttle had been by 1-3 times in the 50 minutes we waited, so we’ll be using them in the future.

The overall service was good. Just remember to have some cash for tipping since the driver got really mad that I didn't have cash with me.

Parking is very convenient and proximity to airport is very good. Pickup when returning is not predictable. Otherwise an overall positive experience.

Place was easy to find and close to the airport. On arrival the hotel employee had no idea what One Stop was but a quick photo on their part fixed that and was given a parking tag. Shuttle to the airport was within minutes. Upon return at 5:30am the hotel operator answered and knew all about the service and said a driver would be there soon. 30 Minutes later I called back and I was assured someone was on the way. I was about to get a cab when the shuttle finally showed up. 56 mins from my first call.

The only problem was when i got there. They did not have a van drive and the Manager had to drive me. I waited for over a half an hour. Put me on a tight schedule for leaving. Everything else was perfect and all staff was very helpful.

Good overall and fast enough service... will definitely use again!

I really like using your services. I don't have to put up with the traffic at the airport and don't have to wander around looking for a parking space. I am delivered right outside where I need to check in. They are prompt in coming to pick me up on my return. Thenk you so much.
