The shuttles to and from the airport were okay. They were on time and didn't need to wait very long. Issue and the return back on Saturday, 8/22, to the Radisson when I received a cut on my calf about 4 inches long. Was wearing shorts and as I was getting in the back seat, an exposed wire at corner of seat sliced my leg. The cut wasn't deep enough to require any stitches, however, bled quite a bit. The driver did assist by providing tissue to clean my leg. The bleeding stopped okay and was told the incident would be reported. The Radisson person at the hotel didn't have first aid to offer.

I appreciate having a cheaper alternative to Charlotte's airport parking. Luckily, I found a spot close to the hotel's entrance and was late being picked up from the airport (so, I can't tell you if there was any lack in outdoor lighting). Nevertheless, the area s

On my return, I had to call the hotel over 12 times just to get on the phone with an employee to get a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle then did not show up for 45+ minutes, so I had to get an uber instead. Huge inconvenience, and costly, especially when “24/7 shuttle service” is advertised. It’s a cheap price, and that’s about all it’s good for.

The lot where we had to park was pretty dark. We were told to park as close to the building as possible but there were no empty spaces close. It was convenient but the shuttle van needs to be replaced. The seat belts didn’t work, it was raining and the windshield wipers just made a smear where you could barely see the road. We did not feel safe.
