Everything went very smoothly. There was plenty of room to park and the lot was clean.

I park here for most of my trips out of Sky Harbor, I say most, only because I waited until last minute to book parking, and they weren't available. I usually leave very early and return late night. No shuttle, but easy to Uber to airport. The last trip, I ended up getting to my car at 1am, decided I would book a room, and not drive 2.5hrs. I will continue to use them for my parking needs out of Sky Harbor.

I stumbled on this site, looking for cheaper parking for a friend who thought I was crazy to pay $33/day at airport. I now use this site myself. Staff are very patient with those of us that aren't app proficient. Just be aware that you should book parking spots as early as you can, the cheapest ones sell out FAST.

The lot is located pretty close to the airport. Though, It's always hard to park there. Either there are huge trucks to navigate around or the people who park In there don't park correctly. There aren't any parking lines so it's kind of a free for all. Also, it's a dirt lot and your car will get filthy after a couple days. Never had any issues with theft and the price is pretty good. But You get what you pay for.

My truck was broken into. Nothing of value was lost since I knew better than to make myself vulnerable, but I got to visit a local glass shop. Absolutely not worth the price after you get to pay for you vehicle repairs. There were at least 3 other vehicles in the same situation as mine. I would avoid this spot in the future.

Overall layout was decent and there is a fenced area to park your car to keep it relatively safe over night. Area is open to the elements so it will get a bit dirty, while its parked under the sun...

We have used Howard Johnson parking many times and find it to be very convenient. We just learned that you can walk 10 minutes on the skytrain for free to the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. We will now be using this to add to our value parking at the Howard Johnson Phoenix airport site.

My car stowed safely for a cheap price. The car is not held in a secure lot, and I would have liked to see more lighting at least. It’s just parked there and forgotten. I don’t think there are security cameras or security guard. You get what you pay for. Quick and easy register and pick up. The lot is about 6 + blocks walking distance from the airport.

The parking lot was very chaotic when I parked with cars out of alignment and not parked uniformly. You need to put down new lines so the cars stay in their correct position. I was concerned about not being able to leave the parking lot when I came back due to being blocked in by cars not uniformly parked.

If you are looking for parking that isn't high cost of airport, this place is a good pick. It is outdoor only, so may not be a good fit for our HOT summer weather. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We like the parking at your facility because it's reasonable price and convenient location from the Phoenix Skyline train.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I LEFT MY CAR THERE FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS AND WHEN I CAME BACK MY CAR HAD RUN OUT OF BATTERY, I JUST WENT TO THE FRONT DESK TO ASK IF THEY HAD ANY CABLES AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN LET ME FINISH WHAT I WAS TRYING TO SAY, THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PARKING LOT. THAT I HAD TO GO ONLINE. I ONLY WANTED TO SEE WHO COULD HELP AND THEY WERE NO HELP AT ALL. THE WAY THE ANSWERED ME WAS RUDE AS HELL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR THE HOTEL. IF YOU LOOK ONLINE THE HOTEL HAS HORRIBLE REVIEWS ON THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEXT TIME ID RATHER PAY MORE THAN LEAVE MY CAR HERE.

It's labeled as a hotel, but it's actually a homeless shelter, which is fine except there's no hotel shuttle to the airport, so that runs an 3xtra $15-18 each way. I'd give it 3 stars for the misleading descriptions.

I arrived on time and was told by hotel security not to park there since there were cars being broken into and stolen every night. When I originally booked 24 hours shuttle service was advertised, there is NO shuttle service. Could not cancel and get refund since it was past my booking time. Save yourself time, money, and a headache; don't book here.

The place is not secure, and positioned out of view. Did not stay and it was too late to cancel. Not recommended.

This was the worst lot I have ever seen on one stop. The company did accommodate me which was much appreciated.

The hotel is being used as a homeless shelter. The parking lot in back is where we were told to park. There was no need to show any proof as no one cared who parked there.
