You're supposed to scan a QR code in the parking lot when you arrive and follow its instructions. In the bright sunlight of a Phoenix afternoon reflecting off your phone, it's very frustrating to do that. I had to go inside to scan the QR code there (no mention of that in the lot), but with a new car with paper plates I had to remember the license plate number to enter that. After getting kicked out of the app several times trying to give the plate number, dates of arrival and departure, etc., someone behind the counter in the lobby finally helped and they said everything was good. When we returned to pick up the car, there was a ticket left on the car (with another QR code) indicating that the parking wasn't paid. I had to go back the counter to get that resolved, and their first question was "Did you use the app when you arrived?" There seemed to be no coordination between reserving a parking space online and using the app, making what could have been easy, very frustrating.

We parked there for our trip. No problem parking and taking shuttle to airport. Returning back to get car from airport a while different story. Called hotel to get pickup shuttle at airport. Told us it would be 15 minutes, gave us driver name, description of shuttle van and location to meet. After waiting over 30 minutes called hotel only to be placed on hold multiple times and then be told no shuttle was coming, we could take a cab and they would reimburse us. Had to catch a cab, pay cash, and then upon arrival go into hotel for reimbursement. Such a hassle and big waste of time.

I booked through them because they had 24 hr free shuttle service. We got to the airport just fine but when we got back home 6 days later they were no longer 24 hours. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if someone would have told us but we were left getting an uber at the last minute. Customer service was no help.

Great spot to leave our car. Pleasant and prompt desk service. Easy check-in and simple to get airport shuttle, pick up car and be on one’s way. Worth every penny!
