Great service We will use this service always

Location is very easy to find. Shuttle was very timely and the driver was very nice. Once we got to the airport I realized I left my carry-on in my car he even offered to take me back to get it.

Always my go to park and fly.

Best rate I could find. Shuttles were timely and easy to find at the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish they would use What’s app to call or text them for service at the airport as a next step. Also, they need to update their Website as it was stating there was no shuttle available from the Hotel. I thought I was going to walk over but that is not the case.

Despite the fact that the shuttle took some time to show up at the hotel and take us to the airport, the service was overall good and you can save some money compared to the airport’s long term option.

Service at the check in desk was ok but service of driver was fantastic on both the drop off and pickup end!

The Hampton Inn is a great option for parking at the Buffalo Airport. Location is a short walk across the street but the shuttle came within just a few minutes to pick up after calling. A great parking experience.

Brightly lit lot, seems to be reasonably secure although not fenced in. Quick check in and drop off. very close to the airport I just walked over and back. Easy to access

Called for the shuttle to come pick us up at the airport and he didn't answer. So I had to call the hotel. When the driver came he asked me what number I called from? Why? he should be answering every call as that is his job. Didn't make sense why he asked me this. Other than the shuttle driver everything was great.

Overall it was a really nice experience. I liked the shuttle service. It’s very prompt. I just wish it was a covered parking lot, especially in the snowy days.

Everything was basically fine with the expierience except that they sprayed mowed grass all over my car. So I wouldn't recommend this parking service.

I have parked at the Hampton for years with no problems at all and pleasant staff. This time when we arrived at 330am we were told the next available shuttle would be at 5 am. The person at the desk could not have been ruder. Fortunately we got an Uber - for an extra $20- to make our flight. The he gentleman that picked us up upon our return said they need a larger van. He can keep up

We could not get a shuttle back to the hotel from the airport on a Friday evening. Ended up having to take a $15 cab ride instead. Staff at the hotel answered my first call from the airport, put me on hold and never come back on the line. My 3 calls after that were not answered. It was very annoying and I had parked for a month.
