The vehicle had an attempted break-in while in long-term parking. The window was left open, and rainwater entered the cabin and saturated the interior. Nobody at the hotel was helping at all.

Good & safe place to park

Finding the hotel was easy. Once there, I went into the hotel, showed the email confirmation my reservation, and filled out some paperwork about my car. I asked about needing a parking pass and was told it was not needed since the paperwork was it. When I left in the morning, there was a note on my car saying that I needed a pass to park there and that my car might be towed.

Does not have shuttle service as advertised

The only inconvinience was no shuttle service as it was offered in the past.

If you use this lot, you will need to walk down to the Wyndham Travelodge San Francisco Airport North to catch their shuttle bus which then takes about eight minutes to get to SFO. At least this lot is easy to get into and well lit. Sadly, it lacks any kind of security, so your car is very open to thieves.

The lady at desk told me that hotel has no shuttle service. She looked very stressed so not a pleasant happy impression.

Everything was great! The receptionist was super nice and helpful 😊. We live 2 hours away so being able to use the restroom was a big plus for us. I only wish the shuttle service was working. We will park there again if ever needed. I definitely give them 5 ⭐️

It was very cheap considering I booked very late. The only downfall is that when I arrived back from travel, my front window on the passenger side of the car was smashed. Good thing nothing was missing inside of the car. I booked on their parking mainly for safety reason.

Quick and easy of dropping off vehicle. No shuttle made it a bummer.
