Shuttle

The problem is with the shuttle service as a whole. Buses show up to the curb but you can see which bus it is and which hotel it’s for until you see the side of the bus right in front of you. This may seem like a minor detail but it’s not for those of us that have to wait in a long line of people looking for different hotels. This causes a huge amount of unnecessary stress. Also the buses don’t stop at the same spot so sometimes they will spake at the head of the line but sometimes they park in the back. Also, why do some buses load luggage from the front door and others store bags in the back. Super confusing and super stressful. I feel like these things can be standardized on to make boarding the shuttle easier for travelers. Also, the shuttle was about 5 minutes late. The driver didn’t make announcements for the order of the hotels he would be dropping off at. It would have been nice if he did that.

No one was there off hours to provide parking ticket

Something to know if you are parking of hours that is say after 12 at night and before 6 AM in the morning - after you come to the lot you’re supposed to go inside the hotel and pick up the parking ticket. When I went in, I did not find anybody there and there is no bell to ring either. I was told that you have to shout for somebody at the counter and then there is somebody inside the office who will come out.

We used the facility for 16 days of parking in April 2026. We have used various park and fly facilities for last 3 decades in SFO area. This one had the best and surprisingly modern room. It looked as though the room had been recently renovated. Most park and fly places seem to have rooms that are barely livable with beat up 50 year old furniture and DIY modified bathrooms that are not clean. However, we just put up with those typical grungy park and fly hotels. Best Western Grosvenor was the first one that my wife and I were surprised at how nice the place was! Front staff were polite and professional. Lobby bathrooms are super clean. Hotel rooms and bathrooms are modern and clean. Our car was fine!
