- Look for Valet Parking sign when you enter the lot.
- A Valet attendant will come out to your car and check you in.
- Have your reservation ready with printed or mobile receipt.
- Shuttle will be available or wait for the Shuttle return (5 minute drive to the Airport).

Great Customer Service
We felt confident leaving our car there because everyone was so attentive to us. Our shuttle driver explained how to navigate MIA. The best part was when we returned, we called to say our arrival and when we walked out the airport door, our shuttle driver was waiting for us. Customer service was wonderful!

Disgusting
I will not recommend this, to anybody I miss my flight, because they open real late and nobody answered the phone, I had a really bad experience. And I also lost my money.

Worst Customer Service
Worst Customer Service. We had to pay uber all the way to Miramar because they closed before time. No working phone.

Good parking service for the price
I kept my car here for 2 months while gone to Europe. My car was safe and secure when I returned. My car battery had died from being parked for so long and they helped me get the car jump started. Great customer service.

Former Customer.
They hardly answer their phone, was told by an employee that they cannot guarantee security of my car packed there even after paying them, Shuttle service not really functional as they claim, no one picked me up from the airport. I had to pay Uber. Not recommended.
