My new parking option for MIA

Really nice hotel close to the airport in an area I never knew existed. Leave extra time the first time you park there, the garage might be a little confusing at first. The shuttle driver was fantastic. Also you will need to stop at front desk when you get there and again when you return to get a key card to exit the garage. No problem, but if you’re in a rush to get to the airport, waiting for the front desk to finish with guests can be a little stress inducing.

Spaces are somewhat small, not suitable for anything larger than a mid-sized car/SUV. Clearance between spaces is also small. Some parking spaces are next to window openings, without glass, so these spaces are actually semi-covered as the car might be partially exposed to sun, rain and birds. Other (most) spaces are not next to windows are fully covered.

For the price for covered parking, it was the best option I could find. It was an extra step to get the parking garage key prior to parking and after returning. But the wait for the shuttle at the airport after traveling 24 hours was 40 mins and frustrating seeing other shuttles pass multiple times. The hotel says the shuttle leaves every 30 mins but that’s not possible since we waited exactly 40 mins. At the hotel prior to leaving and after returning the shuttle was just waiting at the hotel for more passengers. I think the wait time can be reduced if the shuttle just looped without waiting.

The Even hotel is a relatively newer property. Customer service was friendly and shuttle service is reliable (every thirty minutes). Huge benefit to me was the indoor parking which kept the car out of the dust and the hot Florida sun. Very secure parking with entry and exit gates.

Used for 3 week international trip. Counter friendly. Nice covered garage to park. Shuttle ran regularly and not long of wait at airport. Will definitely use again.

First time parking at the hotel. Liked the convenience of the location & ease of parking close to the airport. Especially liked that it was a covered space and secured lot. I will definitely park there in the future.

I chose Even Hotel Miami specifically because it advertised a 24/7 airport shuttle, and we were arriving in the middle of the night. If I had known we would need to take an Uber anyway, I would have booked a different parking/hotel option. When we landed at Miami International Airport, we waited at the designated pickup area for about 40 minutes and the shuttle never showed up. The online “tracking” was also misleading—it showed the shuttle passing by when it never did. Calling the hotel didn’t help: first it was an automated message, then we waited over 5 minutes for an operator and no one answered. We ended up paying for an Uber to the hotel. At the front desk, we were told that at night you have to take an Uber, which basically means the shuttle is not truly operating 24/7—despite being advertised that way. The shuttle vehicle was parked right in front of the hotel. Very disappointing and misleading service. Don’t rely on the shuttle if you arrive late at night.
