Good situation needing slight jmprovement

The parking lot was affordable and close to the airport The shuttle was not operating when we arrived and it was frustrating trying to leave the parking lot and not being able to scan the barcode and exit; the support line was non-existent. The hotel eventually came out and buzzed us out and somehow acted like it was our deficiency - which is absurd. Would I park there again, possibly, with the hopes these people fix these issues.

LAX parking at a GREAT price!

I feel one stop parking needs to update the instructions on their homepage. Due to COVID-19 a valet is unavailable. When you return to pickup your vehicle you’re supposed to see the valet, so they can open the lift gate. During the absence of the valet you have to go inside to the front desk of the hotel and they will notify the security guard to let you out it’s a minor inconvenience and the next time I use one stop parking my next experience will be a lot easier with one stop parking have a great day and God bless

Good LAX parking spot

Price was great. OK, it's outdoors but I'm OK with that. Never got shuttle; another shuttle finally took pity on us. Otherwise, service excellent. Will Park here again.

Pretty good deal

Four Points claims they have three shuttles running continuously. I doubt that, but it was about a 10 minute wait for pickup at the airport. Shuttle from hotel to airport was quicker. If you return after the valet closes you will have to wait in line for the front desk to check out.
