Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours preflight, so please ensure you arrive at the parking location before this 2-hour window. To help guarantee a timely arrival to the airport, please arrive no less than 1 hour before the top of the hour.

Transfer
Shuttle runs 24 hours every hour on the hour to the airport.

Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call the hotel at 954-981-2700 for on-demand shuttle service.

Hotel staff will instruct you on where to find the shuttle at the airport.

Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be a 30 to 60 minute shuttle wait at the airport during busy periods, so please plan accordingly.

Shuttle driver to airport was not nice

The shuttle driver was a bit rude when he saw us unloading our baggage in front of hotel and decided to honk his horn and drove too fast. The shuttle driver was different when we were picked up from airport and customer service was excellent.

So easy to park and go. The only issue was the return was confusing. I didn't know I had to go to section E where the shuttles were. I was not dropped off there originally. Other then that great service and parking

I think they need an extra shuttle for pickup at the airport. We ended up taking another shuttle to get back to the hotel. It was late and we wanted to get back sooner. We had a long ride back to Pt St Lucie

Good place to park!

Everything went really well for us when parking at the Fairfield near FLL. The lot is easy to find and clean. Personnel at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers were courteous, and we were transported to and from the airport in a timely manner. The only issue we experienced was trying to get someone to answer the phone when we arrived back in FLL and needed the shuttle to pick us up. We called multiple times only to have the phone ring endlessly. When someone did pick up, the phone disconnected. Several times, someone answered and immediately put us on hold. It was extremely frustrating. It took us 15 minutes to actually speak to anyone regarding a pick up. Fortunately, the shuttle was nearby at that point, and we were transported quickly. However, I think the shuttle's proximity had more to do with the partner hotel (Homewood Suites) than with Fairfield as everyone else on the shuttle had called Homewood for a ride.

I would not use this company again do due the long wait time for pickup. During my almost 1 hour waiting for pickup I saw multiple companies showing up 3 sometimes 4 times during my wait. IE Gold Coast, The Parking Spot, a number of hotels and a few others I don’t recall.

Will never use again

Parking lot was full, drove around for 20 minutes looking for a spot, until they told me I could use the adjacent hotel parking lot , even they were full. On return I waited over an hour to be picked up. Not a great experience. Seems like they have no idea when they’re full to stop accepting applications.
