Arrival
Upon your arrival, please present a copy of your emailed confirmation on your mobile device or in printed format. Please park only in the designated parking area on the premises as directed by hotel personnel.

Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours preflight, so please ensure you arrive at the parking location before this 2-hour window. To help guarantee a timely arrival to the airport, please arrive no less than 1 hour before the top of the hour.

Transfer
Shuttle runs 24 hours every hour on the hour to the airport.

Please note: Airport parking only, This location does not offer cruise parking (transportation to/from port).

Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call the hotel at 954-981-2700 for on-demand shuttle service.

Hotel staff will instruct you on where to find the shuttle at the airport.

Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be a 30 to 60 minute shuttle wait at the airport during busy periods, so please plan accordingly.
