One-Stop sold me parking there, but when I arrived the desk clerk told me ". . . they no longer did business with One-Stop". Fortunately, after I showed her my paid confirmation, she did allow us to park there. My problem is that One-Stop gave absolutely no notice that their relationship with Baymont had terminated. Now, two weeks later, I have still heard nothing from One-Stop.

The parking lot is well lit at Baymont Inn & Suites. Their shuttle service is one of the best. Only complaint is their shuttle van is really old but the service makes up for it. The van driver loads and unloads all your luggage, which was a great help. The driver on duty Dec. 20, 202 in the evening was especially helpful.

Driver left a little early and we missed the 7am departure time. However he didn't make us wait until the next hour but took us when he returned. When we came back from our trip, we waited an hour with 3 phone calls to get picked up. Someone else finally took us back to Baymont Suites. Will not use this motel again.

I booked this place thinking it was the same location as one we parked at before but we were wrong. This place uses a dirty old 'mom' van with a magnet as their transport. It's functional smells bad. The service was poor because the front desk was quite rude. When I would call to speak to them they would interrupt and cut me off as I spoke and more or less tell me me that I don't know what I'm talking about.

No frills; no one messed with our car over a month being gone; we liked the driver of the airport van; so what's not to like about this. I'd use it again in a jiffy.

Parking lot has very little shade in the Summer but the Hotel is very close to the airport and the shuttle driver is very good. Only draw back is the shuttle only runs to 12AM.

Not a bad location, parking lot dirty, on return pick up driver asked for a tip...tacky!

It wasn't what I expected but it was ok.
